when he is on R5 he tends to give a more balanced impartial view and when on CTV he can sometimes put on the blue tinted specs. However, to say he 'adores' the manager is OTT. He is just doing his job as a pundit and Chelsea supporter and he tends to be diplomatic about whoever he talks about from Chelsea.....even off camera over a beer or two

Interesting post match interview with Steve Holland. Was going on about how hard they been working on attacking play in training. Certainly blows away this myth that Chelsea under Mourinho don't put any practice into forward play

Just watched the Porto match again on Chelsea TV. Thought Branna played decent with hardly any errors. Some great pressing and interceptions. Kept his position in relation to rest of back 4 well. A couple of great crosses that deserved better. Starting to look like his old self and let's hope this kick starts his form for the remainder of the season

Thought he played quite well actually along with the defensive unit as a whole, which in turn gave the whole team a platform to build on.It was a decent middle ground performance ....no head turners that make you go 'wow' and no shockers either. Thats my opinion and you have yours. We differ.....as usual, where I have a more level headed and rounded approach to a view and you go from one extreme to the other. Both can be right . They all played at a decent level including Branna.....as I said before, it was more complete team performance that was shown for the first time in a long time.Collectively good...individually...no stand out above what they should normally be doing.

Yes...I had mentioned this match and supporters quite a lot from Saturday to Wednesday and for good reason. Everything was a bit flat during and after Bournemouth. Helping out with supporter initiatives and advertising the fact we want the ground as 1 getting behind the team to give them a lift. So. forums and media outlets such as Facebook and twitter etc were targeted to let Chelsea fans know what was happening. As proven last night...it worked and was appreciated by Chelsea staff and non match going fans watching in TV
