Anyone seen much of Lois Openda, seems very interesting from the clips i have seen.

Why? Is Inter the only club in the world that wants Lukaku?

Trev is a tough player to asses, what is clear he is not good enough to be your #1. But he does have versatility and solid player. He is also an academy player. With a very good offer say 25-30m i would sell, but i wouldn't sell just for the sake of selling.

Is Silva at this stage of his career better than Levi Coilwill? if no, we should let him go back to Brazil. We need to be ruthless when assessing the squad for next season.

He is having arguably his best. Yikes… Someone need to remind Poch this is Spuds we don’t need to go after 2nd tier players.

He is a very good passer. Just not special in the sense of Jorginho was. Nothing wrong with that.

Kone is a different player though, he is more of a B2B player than a true DMF like Ugarte, Rice, and Lavia.

IMO he has a lot of the things you look for; athletic, physical, close control, tackle+interception, press resistant, man marking,work rate, etc. The only thing i don’t see is passing like Busquets, Jorginho, passers at a high level from a DM. But that would be unfair. We have Enzo to do that, so perfect player to combine with him.

Ugarte is my personal favorite as our DM signing, the more i watch and read about him the more i am convinced he would be the best signing.

How has Aurélien Tchouaméni Played this season? I know most of you were disappointed we didn’t sign him.

I wonder if he can play DM under a proper manager. No doubt he is best utilized a more B2B, but i wonder if he can prolong his career by being used as a DM.

It become a common occurrence with Mendy too. We were playing our best football when we had Timo, Kai, and Mount upfront. They worked extremely hard defensively which gave the defenders less opportunities for these world class shots. No coincidence it became more common last season. Reality is players at this level with the space, can score unsaveable goals with the opportunities given. Is Ederson actually a good shot stopping GK? He is fantastic for Pep style. Btw i don’t have complete endorsement of Kepa, i just think he is solid, we may need a better GK to win the title. Is Onana that?

Bigger mistake selling than sacking Tuchel imo. 29 points we had this season came from the 15th starts he had. Would have liked to see Enzo playing alongside him. Very good performance against Newcastle today, MOTM.

We shouldn’t buy a GK unless they are a big upgrade over what we have. Kepa is very unpopular here, but he is not bad. Is he a great GK? No, the next goalkeeper should be a level above or might as well stick with what you have.

For whatever it is worth, Gab Marcotti doesn’t think this is a done deal like many think it is.

Mudryk-Havertz- Madueke They need to start every game until the end of the season.

People still want to defend Tuchel and his terrible signings; our January transfers have been much better. Guys like Mudryk have not been hitting all cylinder but it is quite clear he has talent.

I am not Boehly out obviously, but man you cannot admit that they have made so many poor choices this season. From hiring Potter, Ziyech transfer failure, Lampard signing, etc. It has been pretty bad.
