Ramires has already renewed his contract, of course he's staying. Mikel is useful to have as a backup, doesn't complain about the bench, could be worse... Matic will command big bucks, for quite some time he has been playing absolutely shite. If Mourinho would like to make the change and bring in a better player, it's his call to make. I don't find it that astonishing that some of last season's key players will leave, we desperately need to make changes. Can't continue like this...

................Griezmann............Lacazette....... .............................Fabregas ..................Willian.............Texeira...... .............................Neves...... Azpilicueta...Zouma...Stones...Fabinho ...........................Courtois........... RUTHLESS...

Griezmann is missing, then we're good to go.

Bring this boy home... Maybe there is going to be a massive exodus in january, PSG has a lot of players i'd like to snap up. Verratti anyone?! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3318837/David-Luiz-does-not-want-return-Paris-Saint-Germain-fears-family-s-safety-following-terror-attacks-France.html

Bieber is successful, can't take that away. But take a good look at his awards, has he won something that makes him compete with someone great like Adele? I don't think so, the juries do have the some opinion, earning money doesn't make him a serious artist, therefore he gets no significant trophies! Serious cups are important, whatever you do, bringing the trophy home make most people happy. All their hard work they have had to put in have been rewarded, for me there's no better feeling. You are relevant, you are getting good results. What's boring? I think being a loser, being useless and minor, i don't want that and most of the football players and non football people don't like that either. Currently, our style of play is shit, but it's not always been these way, which Chelsea manager played better football than Jose 2014?

Money is important; almost everyone needs it and lots of clubs have money, but the question remains: On whom do they spend it on? You must put brain on it; an idea has to be developed, money alone will get you nowhere. It's a sad example, but because of the money the Premier-League clubs should do much better in Europa, especially in the Europa League. Spanish clubs use their brain and dominate the Europa League, unbelievable. I don't like Roberto Mancini, but you have to give the man some credit! 1 Supercoppa Coppa Italian twice 3 times in a row the Italian Championship (Ferguson did it in a tough league, who else?) 1 FA Cup 1 Championship (won the battle against Ferguson, who never ever wanted that to happen) For me that's very impressive! He is far away from being a crappy manager! Achieving those things is not that easy, a lot of skill is required! But he ain't word class, i give you that. Luckily, we don't have to make a binary choice! Pellegrini won the Championship with Manchester City, because he is also a good manager. If money is the only thing needed to win trophies, why is Manchester United doing jack shit with one of the most expensive squads in the league's history? What happened in Madrid during the past 13 years? Lot's of years they crashed out early in the UCL, but they almost always bought in some very expensive players. PSG are trying everything they can to win the UCL, but until now they haven't done it yet. Titles bring the club in the spotlight, but establishing an identity is similar important. Mourinho doesn't only bring in titles, he does far more. I have seen Chelsea play a lot and sometimes i take a look at other teams, but cross your heart: Chelsea 2004/2005 and Chelsea 2014/2015 were one of the best teams in the history of the club. Apart from all the glory and the expensive players, he made it work more than once. That's very impressive and at the end of the day should count for something.

Lets use simple maths. Which football manager has won more cups than Mourinho during the last 12 years? Which manager tested himself in the 3 big countries? Name me one, please!
-
I don't think the likes of Payet, Cabaye, Cedric, Van Diyk and so on are currently used as a fiat. They dominate and and their teams are playing to their strengths. For me the so called small teams have stepped up big time and no other league has that amount of competition in their league!
-
I think the big money coming in from the Premier-League sets Swansea up for good. They have a lot more money than most teams of the german league or your austrian league get. Overall, i think Swansea has regressed in their style of play, too many hoofballs in the direction of Gomis, that's not a nice change of play. If Chelsea goes big in january means, will Jose still be in charge? If so, i think we will go guns blazing for John Stones and other hot prospects, they won't fuck around anymore, we'll get at least one good player. Will that lead us to better times in the future? Don't know, but i think you're way too pessimistic. We have lost a lot of times during this early spell, but now we have a short break and after that easier games than before are coming, so we should really climb in the table and get some confindence back. Then we'll see.
-
Maybe he is a good coach (friend of Mourinho) but not so good when we're talking about buying the right players for the team. Swansea was really good, nowadays it's not looking so good for them, i like their style of play, but Gomis is a poor mans Bony. Jack Cork, happy that he made it, deserves it.

There are some legends out there, but i want the best coaches for the youth, not the best ex players. If you were a great player means jack shit, when we're talking about educating young prospects. Thierry Henry was a great player, but as pundit he is really bad, i think we're talking about Championship level as a pundit. That can also be said about the coaching ability from some of the former world-class players. The former Bayern Munich player "Mehmet Scholl" recently hit out at the new generation of the so called "laptop coaches" and "class winner coaches". Ex players feeling the heat and that's a good thing, nowadays football isn't only about balls and huge will, no it's a lot more strategic, you need to know how to use your brain. Lamps, Terry, Drogs will always be welcome at our club, but they have to compete with other guys (academics) for the job.
-
He is ex-Chelsea. I don't want him back, but i'm always thankful for his contribution. If he really wants to help out, i don't have a problem with him working for Jose Mourinho. Rodgers made many mistake during his spell with the scousers, but he developed guys like Sterling, nothing wrong with that.

Why are the likes of Steve Holland, Rui Faria and so on still around, when it's useless? Only for their pretty looks or because Mourinho rates their opinion? Neither of us knows the truth. Again, we have to agree to disagree.
-
I should have left the term "scientist" out of it, doesn't make my opinion more important than others. My bad, sorry for that one. We can talk about a new coach, but has the need to reinvent the wheel really come that early? Mourinho has made some mistakes, for example he should have given more playing time to Loftus-Cheek, but otherwise what's the point of sacking him now? A new coach has to get used to the facilities, the players, simply the kind of the club. He has to identify the best players for him, has to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of every player, has to establish his own style of play (take a look at Klopp at Pool, it's a big struggle), immediately he is under a lof of pressure, everyone will put him under the microscope and so on. Has Mourinho had a bad season like this ever before? I don't think so, that should be as i already said a source of inspiration, because he always got it right in the end, there is no reason why this time it should be different. So, if you still aren't happy with these points, who should be the new man in charge? For me, there is no proven world-class coach or gem in the making available, i don't think that a guy like Ancelotti would like to be the interim. In the past i have read an interview with the Italian that he would go back to AC Milan, the others, mhh. I don't think that a guy like Thomas Tuchel, who has severe guidelines would like to start over without a good preparation. That leaves us with Jose Mourinho and his crew, for me it could be a lot worse.
-
They aren't in the spotlight, but that doesn't mean that their opinion isn' rated by Jose. I, you and others don't even know their names, but being nameless don't make you less decisive. Agree to disagree on that one, i think.
-
It's completely his fault that we aren't capable of grinding out a result anymore? Is Mourinho our handyman? What about his staff? He isn't doing all these things alone, his backroom staff is doing a lot of work too, in the end it's all coming together. I'm always reading Mourinho here, Mourinho there, nothing to say about the likes of Steve Holland, Rui Faria and so on. These dudes never ever get mentioned, it's always about Mourinho. But during the last months they are all failing miserably, so an arrival of maybe Ancelotti will change all? Some time ago, i almost took a job at Bayern Munich as an analyst (part time) for the youth and i have seen so many people who are preparing all the data and so on, unbelievable. Mourinho get's paid huge amounts of money to be the last man on the receiving end, but i don't want to think so one-dimensional to put all the blame on one man. As a scientist, that's too simple for me, an equation with so many variables is never that easy to solve. Mourinho has worked all over the world, he and his staff have seen a lot of things, almost always they carried the goodies home. They mastered so many difficult tests, there you have my source of inspiration. They are like doctors, because of their experience they will find the problems and solve all of them. Therefore you need vision and trust, not that easy during very difficult times. Last but not least, Jose Mourinho means something to this club, it's not only a job for him here, he loves being around here, we are a big family. So at the moment most fans are really hurting, but Mourinho is our leader and as long as he believes that he and his staff can figure this shit out, they have got our support. You can't buy that; some people are so poor, all they have is money (nothing wrong with having a dig at these Citizizens...) Jose Mourinho, simply one of us.

Yes, monday evening and Mourinho still has his job. Big prayers have been a huge success, thank fuck for that. Roman is showing his true colours; simply blue through & through. We live to fight another day and when we'll bounce back, we shut them all up for good. Fucking pumped right now, later gym time then club time, doing it all night... Could be worse, but with the portuguese in charge i know that the necessary work will be done. Mourinho is a must, he is the only one who knows how to sort this mess out.
-
I wonder what Jose is telling the players now. We played better, everything will come good? What are experienced players like Terry, Cahill, Begovic, Fabregas, Costa really thinking about the current situation? They have seen a lot, are some words enough? What can we do better next time, keep faith?
-
That's what loyalty is about. Thanks to the big Rom, you're making the right call. Don't like the word "yet", but what can i say, what can i do, under those circumstances, i can live with that. Really, really happy, can't sleep, first world problem, i think. :blue scalf:

We'll see, bro. Why are Mourinho and his gang going to a youth game when the "inevitable" is going to happen? I don't get it, but i'm fully prepared for a total meltdown; candys, handkerchiefs and tickets for a thermal bath with the missus are on the table, no matter what is going to happen, no one is taking that away from me. Really need to chill the fuck out, pretty much exhausted...
-
i like it. praying for tomorrow....

Thanks, already started crying...

Have you seen Chelsea play 2014? One of the best attacking sides in the recent years. Arsenal can dream of that consistency, probable they still are. Have you seen Real Madrid play under Jose Mourinho? One of the best attacking sides in the world during his reign, take a look at the goal scoring record from the boys. He ended Barcelona, Guardiola never fully recovered from this. Ronaldo has always been a good player, but Mourinho made him one of the best (goal scorers) in history. Scoring every season about 50 goals in the season isn't normal and Mourinho made it happen. Mourinho made Hazard player of the Year in England, again we're speaking about an attacking player. So, i don't think that Mourinho doesn't know how to attack properly. We created enough chances to win the game or get at least a draw against Stoke. Against Liverpool, the 2:1 broke us, couldn't cope with the goals against us. The mentality isn't good enough, too many followers, take a good look at Cesc Fabregas, yesterday he didn't give a fuck. We desperately need more structure and organization on the field, but for me the style of play is getting better and better. More dominance, and the numbers of chances are increasing... It's only a matter of time when the three points will float in. If Jose gets the sack, we will win a few games, but after that, it's mostly going to get worse. Have seen it more than once, sack the coach, win some games, but after that, the interim coach is absolutely clueless. Di Matteo won us the Champions-League, but he was completely overburdened how to use the likes of Eden Hazard and so on properly. Yes, if we can bring in a guy like Thomas Tuchel, then we are talking about good competition. But bringing in a guy like Ancelotti (always playing the same and tactical exremely limited), then i'm 100% against it. Overall Mourinho has still a few years left on his contract, and the current situation is hurting his reputation a lot, so i think we will come good.

As a fisherman you need to stay calm and wait for the perfect moment, it's still too early to get the hook out.
-
Getting back on track. The style of play is already much better, the wins must kick in.
