Rated 85 in Fifa 15 according to EA. Sounds about right to me

Neuer is extremely quick at getting off his line and recovering. Hence, lobbing him isn't as easy as it sounds. But I agree the way he plays can give people heart attacks. For me Neuer, Cech and Courtois are pretty even in basic goalkeeping abilities and shot stopping. You could argue that Neuer has better reflexes, Courtois is better in the air etc. The difference isn't extremely obvious though. But it's in what else Neuer offers that makes him stand out above our 2 keepers. He does his basic job right and is very competent with his feet. When chasing a game he can add pressure too by allowing the team to push up and he adds an extra man in attack. I don't think Cech and Courtois can offer that.

I'm sure you guys would have noticed that most of his goals are really similar. He really smashes them hard and low which is very difficult to deal with.

Yeah I think he is an overachiever. Maybe it is because he is pretty much under the radar and hence less is expected of him. I think he has excellent shooting technique too.

Not to be such a pessimist but does anyone get the feeling that things are too "perfect" for us at the moment? Somehow, I just get the feeling we will get into some tough times ahead because at the moment pretty much everything is going our way.

I think Falcao may have been the better goalscorer. But he is coming off a lengthy ACL injury so who knows? Essien was never the same after his. Personally I feel that Costa is someone who improves the team as a whole, kind of like Mandzukic at Bayern. Gomez was the better goalscorer imo but it was with Mandzukic that they were a real powerhouse. Similarly, Falcao was great winning the EL and Copa Del Rey, but it was with Costa that Atletico managed to break the duopoly and win La Liga almost the CL. Still, I do hope that even if Falcao scores loads, I hope that MU won't get a CL spot so that they have some financial problems to contend with. As it stands MU have insane money to spend with their brand name and sponsorship deals.

I believe the next 5 after the new year would be 2-3 suspensions? I may be wrong. I agree, football is not just about the play, but the emotion behind it. I love that he isn't going to lie down like some bitch and will go all out to prove his point. Even Torres' best games usually come when he is fired up. Sadly it didn't happen often enough. As long as he isn't biting and causing injuries I think it's a welcome sight to see that side of him.
