It's not easy to try to change the philosophy of this club and at the same time have to win everything, play the youth and deal with players who don't give a fk because they know they are gone in the summer anyway (Hazard, CHO, Pedro, Willian etc).

This club is a mess. No DoF, multiple 30+ players with zero motivation, multiple players that doesnt even know if they will be here next season etc. ofcourse they dont give a single F*ck. Maybe that's what Sarri is doing? Eden's contract is up in about 18 months with rumors about RM every single day. Eden speaking publicly once a week about his childhood dreams, how he hasn't made up his mind and how the future is uncertain etc etc. That's not the commitment and leadership a leader would radiate. Maybe Sarri is trying to challenge and provoke (but not in a combative way) Eden so he get his sh*t together and focus on the present. I mean, it's human behavior to drop in productivity and take on less responsibility if you doesn't even know where you are going or what is coming next for you. Like, Sarri has been speaking about Hazards contract situation a couple of times and i think this is the next step in putting some pressure on him to focus on Chelsea and hopefully commit to us in the long term.

But wtf does he expect? CHO's first season of senior football and he has already 945 minutes with half the season remaining. Compare that to Sancho who only had 695 minutes his first season in Dortmund. CHO is playing and will be playing more. If he doesn't wanna stay and keep fighting then we should just shove him down to the youth team again and let him be there for the next 18 months of his contract.

With the latest news in The Times about Chelsea and Bayern negotiations for CHO i can’t understand how people can be mad at Sarri for not wanting to lose Willian. We can’t compete for top four with only Hazard and Pedro lol.

Lol this post. Why would Sarri want to lose Willian? Then we only have Hazard, Pedro and CHO for the rest of the season. I mean, if we would sell Willian and bring in Lozano i think Sarri would be OK with that.

I mean why would we accept Malcom + cash? It's not £50M in cash + Malcom but more likely £10-15M + Malcom. He is shit and haven't played much in Barcelona. We would weaken our already thin squad. Edit: If it were £50M straight up front then im sure we would accept it.
