True but she would have to complain about it to the "company" or in our case Roman and the board that Mourinho was being un-fair or being hostile and then Roman and the board would have warned Mourinho and sorted it out, but that didn't happen. I know how the law works and I know how employment works. She was demoted fair enough but she was still a medic and still in a job. When a staff member I was working with wasn't doing his job correctly and making work harder, I complained to a manager, he didn't do anything so I took in into my own hands and had a right go at him on paper, I then tried to do my job on a 6 night shift (which I shouldn't have been doing) missed a few things and got suspended, followed by being fired. So I know you go to the manager, or the person who is higher up than the person you are complaining about, then if they don't do something, sure then walk out and fire up a law suit. Me I wouldn't have won because they are a massive company, she would have a chance because of the union and money. But if you don't complain to Roman or the board in this instance she doesn't have a leg to stand on. I could be wrong and we'll find out but if you don't take the proper precautions in my eyes you won't win.

As someone stated above, don't make "promises" you can't do, I wouldn't "promise" you that if we loose the next game I'll jump off a bridge because I won't. If I go "Bet you £500 we will win the next game" and we loose you would come up to me and go "Where's that £500 hey?". Even if it's £5 a week or a month he'd still be keeping his word, even 5p a day.
