I used to bet, quite a lot but I stopped as I was sick of watching how my ticket failed only because of one fucking match lol. Especially the national team of England was a really really good option lol. I still remember my first bet - EURO 2004 England v France you know what... I still do bet, from time to time. Not only his fantastic statistics but even his behaviour on and off the pitch, that's what make him so unique. Just look at his reaction when he was sent off at Anfield (under Scolari), he simply left the field although he knew he didn't deserve the card. Look at his reaction when Ronaldo dived at the Bridge (under Scolari), he simply smiled. Never argued. Look at his personal life, he has had some problems but the way he got through them, I mean the radio conflict, stunning. He is perfect. And when he's not, he's training more than ever to get better.

This is a must to sign a new contract with him. I am so glad he didn't leave when he was only among reserve players. I remember myself being so sure about him and convincing you about it lol. Nowadays he is more than just good, he has been the most consistent player in our shirt. Take a bow.
