For the numpties moaning about the boos: Chelsea fans voice needs to be loud at a time like this. You've got players who play horrid football for matches on end then suddenly play well first match the manager is gone. That's a slap in the face to every fan, they've put their feelings before the club. Fans still have one major role in football, they can affect football matches. Chelsea players should be men. Fair enough the manager lost his job over a ridiculously bad run. The players go Scott free? This was to let them know, their responsible and we know own they are responsible. Now earn the overpriced wage you get paid and show some bloody pride in the blue shirt instead of disgracing it with the worst attitude possible.

Here here!!
-
Well said. Support the club? Fine - call out the cowards that put the club in relegation fight over a rift!
-
Park the bus! Is it too early?
-
Don't listen to the hypocrites. 3 months of moaning when we won because Mourinho was 'clueless' yet against the fans who see rat players that put relegation like results ahead of the club.
-
pro or con mourinho - lets put is aside fellas and give some links to the match!
-
Fuck em. Player power v fan power?
-
Course it can. If a team sits deep you press them high, win the ball back as high as you can. Counter attack doesn't mean sit back and wait for a mistake. Dort mundane, the United of old didn't do that. Is arsenal's possession football as boring as Bayern passing to death?
-
Don't you think there's a difference between a frank Lamport and cesc fibreglass? One is a legend, the other will be forgotten next season.
-
Serious.

People seem oblivious to the fact pep needs money. If he's not working with Messi, Iniesta and Xavi it's Robben, Ribery and Lewandowski. If pep walked into tomorrow, are football would not become fantastic.
-
Here here! Forget the artistry and elegance, I want thunder and lightning and the bridge. Never been happier than watching a high octane thriller.
-
Oh no I agree - Simeone is not identical to Mourinho. I actually like the comparison someone said of Guardiola to Wenger. Its not a perfect way to France the Mourinho/Simeone comparison but it's a start. Simeone is a winner. He parks the bus when he needs to, he presses like a cocaine addict when he needs to. He was won a league with an underdog team against two giants, each having one of the game's greatest players. If the board sees that it needs to spend money consistently, he'll be in a more conductive environment for success.
-
Simeone's vinegar seems to do the trick.
-
This is the biggest problem that is stopping us reaching Madrid level.
-
Reliability should be judged on the whole rather than one example.
-
Then Simeone is in good company wouldn't mind Diego in the summer!
-
Apparently, there's no such thing as player power or prima Donas in this squad. Or so I'm told by a fair few on here
-
Simeone for me. He may we learn to dominate the lesser teams in the league and in Europe (perhaps his Atleti team already do? Haven't watched them in a while and they struggled to break down the teams which sat back) but his counter attacking, passionate, fighting dogged teams against the big boys are just adrenaline filled. This may sound silly to many, but I'd hate the possession, slow play of pep in the big games especially. There's something about the underdog gnawing and gnashing at the giants of europe, giving them hell and no time to think. Filling the crowd with energy. That's what European ties are made of.
-
He's a special manager. Maybe the last? Apart from simeone, which other manager would bleed for his club? After all, that's what the average man on the street really understands when he sits in the stadium - passion. And in Mourinho, it was like looking into a mirror on the touchline.
-
You sound like a fanatic. You've decided Mourinho is the problem then try and fit an argument around it. Where you let slip just how much is when you say 'if Mourinho and the management staff can't show it on the pitch'. I thought that was the players job?. Don't tell me, when the players struggle to string a few passes together that ........ shows how bad the manager is? Maybe the players just don't care. How do you explain hazard's poor form? Is it his defensive work that's stopped him attempting to dribble?
-
Exactly. Apparently Jose hasn't been doing enough training for the midfield to keep the ball for 20 seconds I'm the opponents half. You see modern football is about getting anyone and making them professional players
-
Ivanovic's replacement is here - Azpi. Terry's heir stones has been lined up since the summer. William should take Pedro's place on the right with a replacement for Oscar. Cesc could be replaced for an actual DM like wanyama or a deep modric type player - either will help. Hazard Needs to replaced by someone world class
-
Well now he's sacked I guess most of the forum will be happy - they've got what they want so my dissapointment shouldn't offend anyone. He was not the main problem. The problem is the bunch of pussy players we have. Sure Mourinho had his favourites. Ivanovic should have been dropped by match 3. Cesc soon after. His role with Eva made things toxic and he didn't seem to be able to handle the pressure. But my gosh, the finger has to be pointed at the players. 'Mourinho can't coach attacking football' I hear people moan. Does that mean he coaches them to forget how to string 3 passes together? Hazards been crap. Oh there's an excuse for that. 'It's Mourinho always making him defend!' Yeh, nothing to do with the gut he came back with. I don't think Jose can be shocked - 9 defeats in 16 is terrible. Good managers have gone for less. But now he's gone, I'm not full of optimism. Its a lose lose situation. The players are so weak minded they play liss poor and nothing changes or they suddenly become good again. Either we have poor players or moaning teenagers who deliberately got the manager fired and put the club in a relegation fight to boot. Either way, the majority should be gone.
-
No, it's saying that you cannot possibly give Mourinho the whole blame when a champion team can't strong passes together.
