I agree with Jason. He still has several flaws in his game ATM, which is understandable at his age and only around a year of first team football under his belt. Give him two full seasons at Dortmund and then go all in for him.

Inconsistency ruined his time here. Probably had the best start you could ask for by scoring a brace on his debut in the CL. Just seemed like a one off in all fairness. I guess the crazy amount of games he played when he first joined (75+ in year and a bit) might have contributed to him being fatigued for part of his time, but he just never looked like regaining any sort of form to nail down a first team place once again. The fact he's off to China says more about his lack of ambition tbh. At least he'll be covered for life.

Don't see Koke as a RWF and Anderson's work rate is probably the same as James'.

It's clear as day that he's technically a class above the two players mentioned. We need to be less focused on what they do without the ball and think about what they do with it. We've seen how the side lines up with Willian as our starting RWF.

Seem enough of him to see he's definitively someone we should be after. I expect to Juve to pose a big threat, though.

I personally don't think him coming would be good business for us. Better options in market that suit out needs instead of a luxury buy.

He's starting to show signs that he won't be the long term answer for LB/LWB. Just isn't physically able to keep up with some of the better players, let alone the best. P.S. Great to have Tapa back. Cheers Jim

I would bring Matic back for this one. Great chance to distance ourselves from the chasing back even more before they've played.

I think the move was too big for him. Everton could be a good move to try and reignite his career.

The move wasn't the right one IMO. He was on fire at Udinese before he made the move.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him leave Arsenal, but it won't be to us.
