  1. Shocked he didn't head it to Jimenez for an even easier finish tbh.
  2. Slices of luck help as well. Sitter missed
  3. I was being sarcastic. I wasn't a fan of his at Fiorentina, so I only felt one way once he signed. I'd honestly love to know how many first choice targets we've actually signed since Conte was first appointed. I would hazard a guess at 0 to 1.
  4. We couldn't think about upgrading the "LB" of the season back then.
  5. I just see us ruining their parade somehow. CL talk is a big ask, but we do have to go to Anfield where more will arguably on the line for us. End their unbeaten stretch along with avenging Alonso's goal which ended our unbeaten home record in the process.
  6. On both occasions Valencia have been in our group, we've reached the final. Crazier things have happened [emoji6]
  7. So by your reckoning, we can continue to stumble and fourth will remain ours?
  8. I personally think the tie isn't a foregone conclusion. They can be got at, but more will depend on what state we're in when it comes around. Spurs tbh. If William Jose can fill Kane's void temporarily, what's stopping them?
  9. One side will kick on eventually and it won't be us with a CF signing at the very least.
  10. They were hyping him on very little, though. It isn't anything new when a teenager shows a bit of promise. Scores his first goal for Utd and he's immediately being compared to Henry. Come on!
  11. We somehow get away with another slip up & actually extend the gap to 6 points. How much longer is luck going to shine on Lamps?
  12. Who has pushed on at Utd since Sir Alex left? As someone previously pointed out, the club has been in a dire state for an age now.
  13. Like they did with Burnley [emoji848]?
  14. If results stay the way they are... Edit - Just as I say that.
  15. Or just buy a LB we've been in dire need of for two seasons.
  16. Pickford/Butland all over again. Some rumours actually make sense where we are concerned.
  17. As I previously mentioned, we were wide open on every counter. Is any coaching actually begin done at Cobham?
  18. You have people like Willian rolling the ball around thinking we're playing bloody futsal. Shouldn't he be setting an positive example? It's honestly a mixture of both in all fairness. Saying that, we have to remember this isn't Lampard's squad; he's making do with the dross coaches prior to him left behind. Who can shoot from distance that started? Willian is the only one that comes to mind and it isn't exactly a sight we want to see. The coaching team seem to have no plan B for teams that sit back.
  19. I honestly don't know why Abraham stayed on tbh. If anything, he made matters worse by preventing Emerson from closing Bellerin down. Not idea what to expect from our next three games. Rough few weeks ahead, especially if our inept transfer negotiator can't get shit done.
  20. Easy to point fingers at one individual rather than the collective. Kante slipped, Kepa nowhere to be seen when required, Abraham & Bats failing to do their job. The list could go on as to why we're not talking about a comfortable victory that has little to do with Lampard.
  21. I don't care how poor Lampard's management was at times today, the players on the field are the only ones to blame. Man advantage for 65mins+ and fail to get the job done. I'm astounded
  22. Almost like deja vu. He did the same in a 2-2 away. I can't believe we've choked a lead in minutes
