I don't think Zouma will ever be comfortable on the ball, but that's just a prognosis he can defy. Still, wouldn't surprise me to see us get another centre back ITF for Conte's team.

I can't imagine how irritating it is for Fabregas to play with Willian. One has a total sense of space and timing in the game of football and the other is an erratic, over-active mess who dead-ends himself consistently. About the ONLY thing I can say in Willian's defense today is the lack of anything from Passenger Ivanovic --which we already expect.
-
Willian can just go to China now.
-
RLC is looking great to me. Bats only needs some more good opportunities.
-
Willian trying to dribble every single time... whaaaa
-
Pedro is playing wingback.... Hope Aina gets some time. The bench is full of our starters, which is a little odd given how much other sides are playing their young players.
-
excited to see this match. new starters on the pitch
-
sign him, pronto. seems like the perfect fit and what Conte wants.
-
I like.
-
CM overwhelmed today, nowhere to pass the ball forward (either laterally or backwards, or dribble). Chelsea created very little due to Tottenham's press and numbers defending. Needed another striker out there today, IMO.
-
This game has highlighted our weaknesses: lack in CM, lack at LWB, lack of height at CB, lack of good crossing. I think the game required a second striker much earlier in the match (because that's about the only thing our squad can offer aside from Fabregas), but our inadequacy in centre midfield hardly has a solution up against this side.

I dislike the Hots---- as much as the next Chelsea fan, but I don't want to label them "chokers" because they've been verging on champion material and only need to get over one major bump to be champions. As others said, a draw is good, a win is excellent for the Chels.

Ivanovic is probably the best replacement for Luiz.
-
If we were to win this one, we can start talking about the big fixtures beyond: 31 January, 4 February, 15 April. Moussa Dembele in CM? I still favor Pedro for this.
-
I think we should be thanking Martins-Indi for putting that goal in because: a. it was early in the 2nd half b. Kante could have been called for a foul in the box on Martins-Indi, PK, and possibly a red card
-
Willian just doesn't look like he's a capable forward at all.
-
I used to fall asleep during matches and just watch highlights or fast-forward through matches. Now the Chelsea matches wake me up and I watch every minute. Quite a change since 2008.
-
Looks like he would be capable of putting shots on target and is left-footed on the RW. It's one thing we need and at a low price. I like the idea of getting a player like this for RW/RF and spending the bigger money on CM and probably other options at LB/LWB and CB.
-
really hopeful for this player.
-
Kessie or Verratti? Both sound great to me. Give this manager what he wants. I want him to stay for a long time.
-
good defending from us, not enough from Bournemouth, exceptional Pedro goal... win. not the kind of lineup you want to see as an alternative to Diego and Kante. I don't want to jump to conclusions on Batshuayi, but Conte is going with PL experience here. On the bright side, this match showed us how dangerous Hazard and Pedro can be. I would say that Hazard has never looked more dangerous than today. Hazard looked so dangerous today, that it might be a lesson on giving him a totally free role wherein he is never obligated to stay on the left.
-
buy and loan perhaps. Football market is nuts right now and just getting worse with monied clubs buying so many players. A young player like Ousmane might be a risk, but his potential is so HUGE, it's worth gambling on him ASAP. buy buy buy.
-
Matic, Chalobah and Fab in MF, Bats, Hazard up top.... 3-5-2 formation. Anyone's guess on what Bournemouth will do. I think we win this one if Antonio puts this 3-5-2 in with Fab and the two wing backs giving us enough threat from deeper areas. I'm confident Bats can score.

I'm glad we now have Kante, but IMO, we need this kind of player and NOT James: http://www.givemesport.com/944588-paul-scholes-names-three-midfielders-who-can-control-matches-for-90-minutes?autoplay=on&utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Organic-Social&utm_campaign=Tribute-Pages-laika-III-1sted
