Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho on rumours linking Eden Hazard with a move to Paris St-Germain: "The club doesn't want to sell him. Obviously the manager has that decision. Every manager wants players like him. I cannot put too much pressure on him to be man of the match every game or be the guy who opens the scoring. "What I expect is this motivation and responsibility he is showing every week. Last year you saw a talented Hazard, this year a much more mature player. He deserves more than man of the match, probably player of the month. Not many are doing what he is doing."

Ferrrrrrrrrrrrrnando Torres, he scores when he wants!!! That Hazard chap is a bit special ain't he?! Well in blues!! :blue scalf: :blue scalf:

Mikel scores again......................*faints* Well done lads, very professional! :blue scalf: :blue scalf: :blue scalf:

Seeing Eto'o fluff that chance when he was through on goal made me very sad. Sums up our striking situation.
-
"If Mata came to me and said he wants to leave, I would say, 'Go to Stamford Bridge and speak with the board...And while Mata was on his way there, I'd call the board to say 'Don't let him go!" :blue scalf:

So, if Vitesse win the Eredivise, can we have the trophy in our cabinet some of the time?

: Cech; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry ©, Cole; Mikel, Ramires; Schurrle, Mata, Hazard; Torres OFFICIAL

Still buzzing from beating the scummers so I hope we grab some much needed momentum and bag three points here against tough opposition. Id play: Cech Azpi Cahill Terry Cole Rambo Mikel Hazard Mata Schurrle Torres - Picked Nando over Eto'o because, besides the goal, I thought Sammy had a pretty average game with some awful tackling decisions thrown in. I also want Torres to score. - Thought Schurrle would get a start, especially after the work rate of the attacking three against Liverpool. 2/3 to be rested. Cannot stop Hazard at the moment so he has to play. Hopeful of a sneaky 1-0 win here with Hazard on the scoresheet. Come on Chelseaaaaaaa!
-
Suarez, you lacked bite in that game. Now sod off out of the home of football you scumbag! GET IN CHELSEAAAAAAAAAA!! :blue scalf:
-
Willian and Hazard = Orgasmic. I won't tire of seeing that Hazard goal. The work rate has been phenomenal today, at points its been men against boys!! DON'T DROP YOUR GUARD BOYS!
-
Torres nets a last minute winner and proceeds to dance a jig in front of the bin dippers. Hey, a man can dream, right?
-
Would like a solid 2-0 win here. We could do with another boost before a tough game vs the bin dippers. God I don't want to lose to them! If 4-2-3-1: Cech Azpilicueta Luiz Cahill Cole Rambo Mikel Schurrle Oscar Mata Torres If 4-3-3: Cech Azpi Cahill David Luiz Cole Mikel De Bruyne Ramires Schurrle Mata Ba

'Boring Boring Chelsea'?? Only two shots on target, pipe down Gooners! Also John Terry was phenomenal tonight. Captain fantastic!!
-
Solid performance so far. Should be 1-0 to the good and it would have been deserved. Hopefully we end this game singing in the rain! Keep it up boys!
-
Disgusted. But lets get the positive out of the way: I love watching Willian play. His work ethic and drive is phenomenal. But he couldn't do it alone tonight! We got outplayed and outfought by a very average side and not for the first time this season. Mikel needs to show more urgency when it isn't going our way. He just has to adapt to his surroundings and the way the game is going. Essien just shouldn't play for us anymore. And I don't say that with any pride, it makes me sad to see what years of serious injuries have produced. He has no business being near our first team now. I worry about the lack of chances taken. We have a plethora of talent in the ATT role but we are heavily reliant on them getting our goals because the strikers just are not producing. We MUST start finishing games off when in the ascendency or these results will become more and more commonplace. All in all, a leaky and at times shambolic defence, plus not taking chances will most times equal a disastrous result. I just hope we can put it right. I really do!
-
It's sad seeing Essien now. Not even a shadow of the bison.
-
Unforgivable conceding against such a poor team. No excuse for the lacklustre defending from our double pivot and defence. It's a fair while until Monday but that's not the point. This should have been a confidence builder for that game and we have yet again let ourselves down defensively. Combine that with missed chances up front and we are in a bit of pickle again. Come on Chelsea, lets finish this like we should have in the first 90 minutes.

Feels a bit like the Maniche signing, albeit not on loan this time around!
