  1. Isn't that sort of the issue we are trying to improve? Buying players who complement one another? They would work well in a midfield three with a reliable DM supporting them.
  2. TBH, I think our scouts did there fair share of research on this one. The lad is comfortable on the ball and reads the game very well for a 20 year old.
  3. Did I say it was? Every successful and big club, something we aren't yet, established an identity and philosophy which stems from the youth team. Players born and raised into a certain style mixing in with players that were purchased because their ability complements that certain style. Barca, Bayern, United, change managers all the time, yet they continue to be or became successful due to their identity.
  4. First, This club needs an identity/philosophy which stems from the youth academy. Next, Stop buying players That don't complement our style of play, third, get rid of dead weight players who lack technical ability or quality. Fourth, promote youth and mix them in with experienced players. Fifth, allow them to express their football freely, be solid defensively, and all must work hard to get the ball back.
  5. We get Rodgers I'm afraid the little hope of moving forward as a club will vanish. Unbelievable where this club as turned into and the blame is at several people who should've be shown the fucking door a while ago.
  6. For the sake of his own development, he'd be twice the player at Bayern.
  7. Hiddink shouldn't even be here. It is evident Mourinho's aura is still running the shots.
  8. Matic being known for being too obsessive with his left foot, shanks it with his left foot. Brilliant.
  9. What in the bloody fuck? Zhirkov was a solid back up for us and put up quality performances even at LB domestically and in Europe.
  10. Just asking to lose if you want a Ramires Mikel partnership.
  11. BBC sports claiming Mourinho will take over Manchester united within the next 48 hours.
  12. Was much more influential than Robben ever was for us. Little gem.
  13. Never knew you were the inner conscience of Diego Simeone. It's a pleasure to meet you.
  14. Bielsa implements an attacking philosophy. But the bloke is insane hence why his players get sick of him.
  15. Simeone will not leave Atletico. He loves everything about that club. He screams similarities in terms of Mourinho and I for one would like this club to transition out of such a tedious philosophy.
  16. Because Mourinho took his conservative bollocks with him
  17. Simeone is Atletico through and through, he won't leave. Guardiola develops a philosophy within a club and transitions youth into the first team. Mourinho is a cheque book manager who relies on a 'do not lose' structure and tactic that bleeds negativity. They are not even close in regards to managing a club.
  18. I find it absolutely fucking hilarious how some don't want pep here. My fucking word.
