talking about the bleacher application?
-
high horse. that's like the third time I have heard the phrase today on this forum. talking about horses, van Ginkel's the dark horse in the EPL cause many expect great things form, but that will only happen if he steps up when the moment demands him to. But lets leave that for the Ginkel thread. In all truthfulness, Ginkel could donate some more hair to Rooney. would do him good and spice up his heading attributes.

Respect each other's opinions. Think that the other person is stupid to not agree with you but keep it in your mind. agree to disagree lads. get on with it.
-
We should actually create a banter thread though. Isn't a bad idea....
-
As I said I won't be starting the argument again cause I fear I'm slowly losing hope for humanity. and we need to get back on topic and unless JayC is Rooney in disguise , I ain't replying about it.
-
Won't start tbh. Moyes has probably talked it out with Hodgson.
-
We need to spice it up, when there isn't news, you make some ! And why did he do that? cause he was provoked and insulted before, look into that. He has an open mind, wants to learn and track our progress too. I pat him on the back cause I would never imagine doing that

"ignore preferences in your own profile. its quite easy actually. what i dont understand is why some of you even bother. he is a united fan. the most deluded bunch of shit fans that are possible. " stereotypical. makes fun of us rather than them tbh.

Don't take it harshly mate. people have their stereotypes everywhere. It probably would be best for you to be at a United forum than be insulted here without proper reason. good luck.

Fantasy Premier League GUIDE 2013-14
hjperdeath replied to hjperdeath's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
as I said it isn't real life. Points come in on the basis of clean sheets, ability to play 90 minutes, collecting cards, suspensions, goals scored, successful or unsuccessful set pieces taken. Luiz is a top defender agreed. But he's dropped points in not completing 90 minutes, missing set pieces collecting cards and failing to keep set pieces. Same for Fellaini, your team can win a game and you can bring add a said number of points. but did he take a set piece? did he get a card? did he complete 90 minutes? his major downfall was the headbutt last year, caused a lot of problems for managers. He might be a great player, his form might be average too, but if he picks up a yellow card, scores a goal and goes off in the 50th minute he won't bring in the same number of points as Kevin Nolan who completes 90 minutes, no yellow cards and picks up atleast an assist. lot of difference. Aguero you can clearly see the difference. in comparison with other strikers he's blatantly over priced. once again not real life. he's a phenomenal forward, but in his fantasy life, Rodriguez of Southampton brought in more points. Toure scored and he's brought in points, but 9 million for him is not really justified seeing how other players have been under-valued. It's not just scoring a goal, picking up an assist and playing well that counts. lot of other factors too.- 16 replies

People have always rated Bundesliga far less than it should be. That's been a common stereotype. Well it did seem like you did when you were wondering why no one else. apologies then .

Fantasy Premier League GUIDE 2013-14

They're over priced in comparison to last season. According to fantasy football statistics, John Terry and Gary Cahill have been the most used partnership in bringing home the points. Hence Luiz at 6 million is overpriced cause Luke Shaw of Southampton, Williams of Swansea etc who brought in a lot of points had a very less starting price. Fellaini due to tactical reasons. His greatest strength is listed down as attacking crosses and long balls, while Roberto Martinez prefers a passing strategy revolving around the philosophy of dominating possesion. He'll struggle to adapt. Plus his ongoing transfer rumors should actually drop his value until it clears as it has done slightly for Suarez and Bale. Toure is the fifht highest expensive midfielder. But if you look at goal statistics, he is nowhere near to the others. Aguero cause his second name is risk. He's had injury and could score only 12 goals in 30 appearances. moreover he will be battling for a place against Negredo and Jovetic. 3rd most expensive behind RVP and Bale. Remember that over-priced in real football is different to fantasy.- 16 replies

I wasn't really talking about whether he's a fantastic player or not. neither did I say the he should join the team. All I was talking about where his motives which you seem to question. It's a nothing league is the same attitude many had about Bundesliga, surprised us all nay?
-
Barely a nothing league though, they aren't that bad. quite a few decent players playing there. Every player has a different after-peak period. Drogba had his one in the middle, Eto'o had his early, and Giggs keeps putting in consistent performances.

Another update. Over-priced players this time. The prices really aren't justified.- 16 replies

I think what he's trying to say is that, in the Premier League anyone can beat anyone with the right attitude. We were miles better than West Brom last season when it comes to player quality, yet we lost to them. They are a bad side, yes. but we need to perform to beat them. and the first step in performing is to treat every game the same, let it be City or Hull.
-
Probably let Torres and Ba play a game of hide and seek and decide.
-
I'm not sure about that. At his age, he has won everything you can at club level. When he was off his peak, he went to Russia. Even Drogba agreed to play all the way in China at the age of 34 despite being a quality player, for an absurd amount of money. A lot of players do that. Beckham , Henry went to MLS to improve it's stature and other players will do that. It mainly comes down to the fact that they are coming to the fag-ends of their career and want to make as much money as possible because their pension needs to last for atleast 30-40 years more.

UPDATE - CHEAPEST QUALITY PLAYERS ON THE MARKET. Get them before their prices inflate would be an advice. Personal favorite would be Craig Gardner, though I haven't taken him this time. Regretted not putting Zaba in as well.- 16 replies

The general opinion is Samu over Rooney then. It's a matter of conscience too tbh. I can't really recollect how many times I've personally insulted Rooney, welcoming him into our team with open arms? That's kinda hard. even though we did with Torres, there is more to hate about Rooney.

In the 2005 youth championships (FIFA U-20) , Mikel came second to Messi as the best youth player. They both played as attacking midfielders. You wouldn't be saying that he can't play as an attacking midfielder if you watch those games, you can trust me on that !

what beautiful memories. :')
