  1. It seems really hard to be Arsene Wenger.
  2. Sadly these wages are quite accurate. It's from FM, produced by Sports Interactive. They have a contract with a number of leagues, which states that they can have all the information regarding wages, staff members, and other minute details for exchange with money. I had seen this post on their online community.
  3. Glad to see people doing well with their teams.
  4. That I agree. My grandad used to have that on a shirt of his. they say I was brought up well.
  5. Intimidation is illegal yes. In that case Brian Clough, Ian Halloway, Paolo Di Canio, Jose Mourinho , Antonio Conte and many more have all done it. On the corruption note, Serie A at that time had lot of loopholes. UEFA have much more stringent policies now. If that didn't happen then there would be a chance that it could spread in the Premier League, but after that, no way. SO 4 talented people can't hold positions in an organisation due to the immense work they've done for football just because they are United fans? Two ways about it buddy. And we aren't defending. we're seeing sense. JayC is one of the few people who would love football before their club. he want's to learn and it's something you don't see a lot and can't help admire. I don't really see any wrong in him trying to express his opinion. just cause it differs form ours we don't need to insult his club. I've seen many people try to fire him up for no reason at all. It's even more surprising for me, cause for the first time I'm actually taking United's side, and that to only cause of a sensible fan.
  6. But to think that's crawled into the Premier League isn't right. there's a reason it's called conspiracy when you bring facts like that about. inadvertently, you are actually hurting the feelings of all the people who hold prestigious positions of their respective organisations. just cause they are United fans does not mean that they don't deserve the job. Gill on one hand has done lot for English football, especially on the grass roots level. If an Aston Villa fan becomes the chairman what do you expect? The FA to favor them? You can go on and on about how they've been favored, but its one simple reason and that's Fergie's intimidation. not the other hogwash about corruption and bribery.
  7. Decided then. Lets launch a bid for Collymore, has a bigger chance in hitting the back of the net.
  8. prediction time. AVB will move away at the end of the season to a bigger club and Arsene Wenger to leave Arsenal.
  9. Odd feeling that Spurs will mount a serious challenge for a top -4 spot. Hopefully it's Arsenal and not us in trouble.
  10. Guide on picking captains - Probably the most asked question is who should be the captain. Some people to set themselves apart from the experienced fantasy players tend to make captains out of players depending on how they are in real life. For instance giving JT the captaincy in your fantasy team doesn't make sense at all. Captaincy and vice-captaincy should be given to those who are guaranteed to bring you maximum points so that your profits are multiplied. According to statistics, Robin van Persie is the most picked players and also the one most people have entrusted the arm-band with. Not hard to see cause the Manchester United hit-man is likely to end up this season as the top scorer after scoring a brace against Wigan. Other options would be Pablo Zabaleta, any kind of goal keeper especially those like Asmir Begovic , Juan Mata and those who are most likely to finish 90 minutes of the game. Assign your most attack-minded player with the arm-band would be the advice of the day. Cheers. :tophat:
  11. My grand dad hadn't passed away at that time and he was the one who introduced me to Chelsea. we both pestered her and she finally gave in .
  12. Oh damn it. I meant when we scored first. been playing too much FM. apologies.
  13. My school had extra class that day. I remember getting my mum to sign a note saying "My son is sick" that day. When Hull pulled one back , I began praying that I wouldn't regret it. :cfc:
  14. if Rooney plays then England vs Scotland, other wise Belgium vs France .
  15. Nah, don't really move around. I just sit on a chair, write, refresh the forum , facebook and play football manager for 24 hours. Leaving on the 17th back home anyway. to good old fast wifi.
  16. It's hilarious when you see the difference between the first page and the 46th.
  17. Huddlestone's good when he plays. looks like a fantastic capture for Hull.
  18. I've written an article on Manuel Pellegrini and his tactics - http://www.sportskeeda.com/2013/08/14/explaining-manuel-pellegrinis-tactics-and-the-future-of-manchester-city/ Do let me know what you guys think if you read.
  19. I just asked my mum and she said something like Perumbavoor and near the Pattal bus station
  20. I've watched the Portuguese league and Benfica quite some times. I'd take Cardozo only if we couldn't get Rooney.
  21. Well what you are thinking isn't right then. I respect you cause you've been on this forum for long. the same as I respect Nish and others out here, thought I don't one bit agree with you. at the end of the day we are all Chelsea fans, and you guys have been here long enough to gain my respect. But do realize that I don't need an ordering around. with all due respect, I don't have the slightest of intentions of joining redcafe, so do think twice before telling me again what to do.
