  2. Don't think you've read my second reply.. It isn't a work around . Exploitation of a loophole would be a nice way to put it again. As said before they approached Livorno to buy Mutu and in doing so dealt with illegal agents . If an enquiry is launched , as it looks like it had , Juve and Livorno will have to pay the compensation on behalf of Mutu.
  3. That's a contract or transfer clause. You can adjust it to the limit you want. The player also has to put pen to paper to agree to it and only then can the clause be valid. In no way is it similar to the registration of a player in a team. It does break a rule, and looks like FIFA and DRC think the same.
  4. There are similar rules in the EPL and La Liga as well. Does it happen there as well? It's a regulation. You aren't adhering to it. Instead you try to find loop holes and get past it. That's the kindest way you could possibly put it. and that still can be termed cheating.
  5. it is a workaround an idiotic rule and doesn't break any? What? It's a regulation when you register a team for a competition. What the actual fuck is a work-around? He breached his terms of contract. Chelsea didn't ask him to snort cocaine, he did on his own will and that was against his own contract. The case is against Mutu , not Juve or Livorno. Have a look at the case ( Adrian Mutu vs Chelsea Football Club) at the Court of Arbitration of Sports. You can find it here - http://www.tas-cas.org/d2wfiles/document/3459/5048/0/Award%201644%20FINAL.pdf Go through this, FIFA regulations from 2001 - http://www.fifa.com/mm/document/affederation/administration/status_transfer_sept2001_en_27.pdf The problem is with Mutu having breached his contract. So the money needs to be paid by him. Problem is Juve and Livorno seem to have dealt with unlicensed agents and also caused some kind loss to Chelsea . I think FIFA reopened the investigation and they found out that Juve and Livorno were both at fault for dealing with Mutu, and they'll have to end up paying instead of Mutu. Fine rises by 2,500 every day . Will rise more as Juve and Livorno have appealed to European justice.
  6. Because Juve did not have enough space in their team to buy a non EU player from abroad. So they told Livorno to buy him, and then they bought Mutu from them. Absolute cuntish move.
  7. So if you want to check out half of my case study on Belgium, you can have a look here. Mostly will be completed by tomorrow .Ignore spelling and grammatical errors. Not checked them. http://scoutaficionado.tumblr.com/post/64229093971/case-study-marc-wilmots-and-les-diables-rouges
  8. If you're a dog lover, this might be highly depressing.
  9. yup, held in Brussels on the 15th of Novemeber at the Roi Baudouin Stadium.
  10. So I'm trying out something new, but a graphic only analysis on Croatia's goal against Belgium -
  11. Bruno Metsu, the man who led Senegal to the 2002 World Cup and also was manager of Qatar dies after a long battle with cancer. A brilliant human being, was a good day when I got to meet him. Even got me an autograph and we talked for a lot of time. Terrible that cancer was a reason.
  12. Assumptions? They said it outright . There's nothing to assume. Me a delusion? You must be really good friends with the other half of the footballing world. I'm 16 and scout matches in the Qatar stars league. I coach under 19's who will form the core members of the team that plays in the 2022 World Cup. Even though I'm still learning , I'm definitely not taking a career advise from you, but thanks for the concern ! I really do hope Lukaku can score more than our strikers , maybe even combined ! he is very hungry and the best part is , he wants to fight and prove himself. Moreover the comment just spurs on out own strikers . Win-win for all !
  13. Twisting words? WHAT? Go pages back if you haven't. You'll get how much of hate Jose's getting, especially when Lukaku scores. My first post on the thread was a common opinion, and then telling a fellow member to not bother giving his opinion. You replied to me on that, so I'm in no way saying that YOU said Jose is shit, even though you might want to. I and some of the people are saying that Jose didn't make a mistake, while some are taking a 50-50 stance. Is that too hard for you to comprehend?
  14. Not able to see that picture. :/ I'm not against him at all man. I for one couldn't get my head around on why we loaned him. But when he was gone it made sense, definitely in hindsight. I did want him to play, cause personally I don't care if we win the league, I wanted him to develop with us. It's only sad when people go on and on and on about how Jose's shit just cause he loaned a player to give him more time. That kinda screws it up for me.
  15. Not sure whether that is some form of sarcastic racial insult on Indians. Cruyff and Cruijff are pronounced the same. Written differently cause people can't be bothered with writing out his real name as it's harder. Typical human mentality. Technical ability and footballing touch that can be improved upon. It is very very raw and needs to be improved by getting constant game time in an atmosphere where the pressure is not too much. Missing at Everton is lesser of a deal than missing at Chelsea. In a situation where experience counts I would take any of our other strikers over Lukaku, except maybe Ba. Imagine the situation of Torres and Valdes in Camp Nou. I would put all my money on Torres having a larger chance in scoring that goal than Lukaku doing it. That in no way means Torres is a better player than Lukaku, just that he has the experience that the squad needs, especially considering our attacking midfielders who are so young. I heard someone saying that Eto'o talks to the midfielders before games and points out stuff and gives tips. That's cause of the large amounts of experience he has gathered in his vagabond like European career. If this was the age where we had Malouda, Deco, Ballack and Lampard playing a decisive role in the midfield area, I would actually see Lukaku having a higher chance of staying. He could learn from them. By keeping him at the club, we are doing him no favors. He shall score and he needs to score. No one will be happier than seeing him score than Jose. Chelsea have nothing to worry about as it isn't going to do anything to us. If we are so fucked up to rely on a certain player then shame on us. We will get by fine without him, and arguably end up in a higher league position by goals being scored from all over the pitch. He'll probably end up close to winning the golden boot, and he'll come back next season thrice the player he was last season. I coach under 19's and scout for the main team. Not technically boy's football, if your age limit isn't the same as mine. I'm not giving anyone the lines, or whatever you mean by it. I'm saying it as it is.
  16. What do you think dialect means? It depends on how a person thinks. People pronounce in many different ways. The same goes for spelling. It's lazy English speaking people who wrote it down as Cruyff, as it looks snazzier when written. His real name is Cruijff and that's what I'm going to call him as.
  17. do you have that book? translate it for me and I'll love you forever.
  18. A youtube link. Brilliant. Is that account part of half of the footballing world too? Hendrik Johannes Cruijff. That's the name he was registered with at Ajax.
  19. Guess the spelling is about Cruyff? Can be spelled either way. Depends on your dialect . I'm a man of learning. I scout and specialize in coaching young players . the stage where they can be moulded into pure football player.not analyze data and stats. So wrong there too in a way.
