This is spot on. How often does Jose play Oscar in big matches? Any big PL or CL match we end up going 4-3-3 with Ramires starting. If that's Jose's preferred formation/plan, then structure the whole squad around it. Pogba is a world class upgrade on Ramires, and Oscar becomes expendable within this scenario. I love Oscar just as much as any Chelsea fan, but this move strengthens us on all fronts.

He strikes me as a young Higuain. I don't love Higuain, but I still feel Destro's worth the investment at this point.
