  1. Monaco threaten to report unnamed clubs - believed to be Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City - to FIFA for 'unauthorised' approach to Kylian Mbappe Monaco have threatened to report unnamed 'important' European clubs to FIFA over unauthorised approaches for star forward Kylian Mbappe, with Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain thought to be the teams involved. The Ligue 1 side released a statement on Thursday afternoon, in which they state they believe clubs have made contact with Mbappe and his representatives without their permission. The statement then suggested they may report the clubs to the French football authorities, as well as FIFA and request disciplinary proceedings be opened. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4714956/Monaco-report-clubs-Kylian-Mbappe-approach.html
  2. The thing with Matic is that he want to stay (he just buy a new house), but refused to sign a new contract, hence we want to sell him this summer, probably to get decent money. He still has 2 years left in his contract. Actually the chance for him to stay is bigger than Costa for sure. Actually we're not in a rush as we still can sell him next summer.
  3. Well, we should still hijack this if we can
  4. 4 more signing sounds too good to happen? 2 or 3 might still possible though. Another striker will be like Drogba second signing, maybe Llorente.
  5. RMC Sport along with their football chief editor Mohamed Bouhafsi, looks very reliable in Bakayoko transfer. Hopefully this is true.
  6. Funny how I have wrote in Aubameyang thread that this summer would remind me of our 2013 summer. Now it seems very much resemble our 2014 summer. We do the deal quick, and we did strengthening our weakest spot. GK Caballero CM Bakayoko DF Rudiger ST Morata LB ? another ST ?
  7. Might be something to do with lack an ability to break the deadlock situation, looks no clue of what to do next in certain situation, frequently making stupid decision, wasting easy chances and shooting from a distance even know it has the slimmest chance to go in like frustrated player.
  8. Think Juventus agree with Matic plus money swap is the only way for this deal to happen. For now, it seems they only want to buy Matic and not interested to do the swap deal (not yet perhaps). Sooner the better, we might have to start thinking over any other alternative out there.
  9. Costa wouldn't play for Atletico this year though, so loan him for 6 months to any club looks like mandatory, no matter how happy Costa partying with Atletico shirt on at the moment. It is better we take control to which club he will join on loan in my opinion. In January, if Atletico can't afford to pay the money, swap with Griezmann plus money will do too.
  10. Mourinho think Morata will suit his system better, not Lukaku. Hence he trying to sign him first. Also, with the so called 'Lukaku has improved a lot after all this time', he still prefer Morata than Lukaku. That speaks a loud statement.
  11. Who know it better to suit your system well other than the manager himself? He has worked with both, obviously that has something to do with his decision.
  12. Alvaro Morata reveals former Blues striker Fernando Torres has promised to help him settle in at Chelsea Alvaro Morata has already been in contact with Chelsea's Spanish contingent - and says ex-Blues striker Fernando Torres has promised to help him with his move from Real Madrid. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/alvaro-morata-reveals-former-blues-10834645
  13. Mourinho has worked with Lukaku and Morata before, and Morata is his prefered choice than Lukaku, surely that means something. Morata has experience playing in more than one league, and comes out as a winner in both leagues he was playing at. He has tons of CL experiences compared with Lukaku's almost zero CL experience. Think Morata will help us a lot in the league and especially in CL next season. Lukaku's advantage is that he know PL better, but he just moved to a new team, so you will never know what will happen with the massive pressure and stuff there. We have just won the league. Our aim next season will be PL and CL titles, not with a main target 'to finish in better position at the league next season'. So still thinking Morata is the better bet this time. Whatever it was 'but, but we have failed to sign Lukaku' behind, sound like a blessing in disguise for me now that we got Morata.
  14. Endless comparison between Lukaku and Morata. Two completely different player, two completely different playing style. Only number of goals and silverware will decide the 'real winner' at the end of season. As a Chelsea fan, I will support Conte's decision, the club and the players. In this case Morata. Don't care much about player from other clubs, especially who has just moved to a new club recently.
