I think that we will win this one and close the gap!!...We can get man utd...maybe they will make more mistakes they were terrible yesterday...they have to play Arsenal again and the presure will be on them now...so!!

TEAM NEWS: Chelsea V MANCHESTER CITY Posted on: Sun 15 Mar 2009 Guus Hiddink makes changes with Portuguese pair Ricardo Carvalho and Deco back in the starting line-up.

Alex makes way in central defence and Deco is expected to play in the front three, along with Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka who is included despite missing Friday's training due to an on-going toe injury.

Michael Essien is in the midfield with Michael Ballack and Frank Lampard so there is a rare rest for John Mikel Obi after 10 consecutive starts.

Man City bring Wayne Bridge back in from their Uefa Cup midweek side. Other than that Mark Hughes names an unchanged side with Shaun Wright-Phillips on the left and Robinho on the right.

Chelsea will line-up in a 4-3-3 formation as follows:
