Ronaldo was legendary, and that was a quality goal.

Although, the greatest ever strike/goal of all time was Zidane's champions league final goal. That was truly outstanding, and certainly the greatest champions league goal ever scored.

He could of haved achieved so much more if his career wasn't unfortunatly plagued by unlucky injuries that would keep him out for long periods.

Yes i agree, to create that much power and quality while standing was just UNBELIEVABLE. Juninho's free kick was brilliant but its not a patch on zidane's champions league final goal !

By the way ronaldo was world player of the year when he was just 18, i don't think any player will ever be able to say that, also he was the best player in the world at 18 in the golden generation 1996 !

Of course he's wrong, i would of like to have seen Maradonna take on real defenders who weren't blinded by the sun.

University's could enrol students on entire courses just discussing and analyzing how great that Zidane goal was. Even I’m not doing it enough justice, we need a linguistic professor to describe it really.
