Luke 60
For those that play football as well, what boots do you own? What do you look for in a pair etc, what best suits you.I have just brought some Puma King mouldeds, very comfortable, I'm not a fan of blades and lightweight crap, I've turned my ankles a few times wearing Predators so went back to Adidas world cups and copa mundials, now I'm giving Puma Kings a go this season. LDN Blue 7,903
Ah I don't really make a big fuss when buying football shoes tbh. I play on Astroturf quite a lot so I buy turf shoes from SportsDirect. Just picked up a pair of Nike ones for £
BlueLion. 21,491
Always wear Adidas boots. Wear F10s (either of the below) when playing on astro turf and Adipure IIs (the above) when on grass.

Steve 10,227
Alot of you guys most likely have never heard of this brand. They are called Nomis, they are made in Australia. A lot of Premiere league players actually wear these boots. They are around 50 pounds more expencive then the top of the line preditors. The leather on them is amazing, by far the best boot i have brought. They are made so when its wet, you have a lot more control over the ball. I was a bit suss about it when i first brought them but it really did work! If only i could still play to wear them My indoor shoesThese but in silver. Slam Dunk 1,442
Nomis are great boots, as Steve said the leather is amazing. Good thing is, as they are completely underrated over here, means you can often pick them up on the cheap...
Alee. 182
Erm I play barefootBest feeling in the world! Guess its more common in the subcontinent then in Europe etc i guess. Have had alot of broken nails while playing barefoot footy! For Artificial turf / road i usually wear these though:Interesting thing is, they're pirated, feel heavenly light, but still cost 300 Rupees - Which is around 2 and half pounds! BluesChick 1,260
ah that explains why my search was for naught... I'm not usually such a ninny! LOL MacKenzie loved the boots... go figure she usually hates the boots she sees. Of course most US sales guys try to sell her ones with pink on them and the last guy looked at her dumb founded when she asked if he had "boots like John Terry" I'm not sure which threw him more ... the fact she called the cleats boots or that he had no freakin' clue who JT was!
