I Became a Drug Dealer During Lockdown to Support My Family

"My buyers spend about £100 each per month on average. So I made about £1,500 a month profit tax-free."

Mandy is 35-year-old single mum and freelance graphic designer from London. When the lockdown was announced in March, her work started drying up and she needed a way to earn money to support herself and her two daughters. She decided to set up a hash and cannabis edibles delivery business: the “National Hashish Service” (NHS).

Hey, you around?
Mandy: Yes, hi.

You’re a graphic designer. How come you started selling cannabis?
In March, when no one knew what lockdown meant, or if the borders would close, I ended up buying some high quality hash in bulk from a friend, using a good chunk of my savings. It was a bit impulsive, but I thought it would be a good investment, especially because I smoke it.

MANY have. I know a few honest law abiding normal couples that have got into the edibles market over the past few month and are doing very nicely.

We are so slow and backward here in UK. Legalize cannabis. The septic Govt are raking in $m thru it in taxes with more and more states decriminalizing and allowing medicinal use. Their prisons are emptying many from possession. And such a lot of work has gone into the medical side of it. Theres alot of work going on with MDMA so I see that too decrimializing.

Let the public carry x amount of G's and grow 5 plants for personal. Need to get the UK upto date.

Craig's Bond did show more human vulnerabilities unlike the previous ones.

Do we really want a geezer with a licence to kill to show his feminine side?

In a film LIKE THIS I want escapism. Somewhere to goto for couple of hours.Action. But would be interesting to throw a switch in the end you didn't expect.

I need some more proper detectives that you just dont know whats happening or whos dunnit. Not been many really good films for awhile. Suppose its down to the pandy tho.
