That's why i wanna go to europe.

Ive been most places in Europe and TBH its pretty similar all over. Yeah the food, museums, accents, beer is a bit different but I suppose familiarity breeds contempt. And the grass is always greener etc etc But give me Tailand/India any day. Next year we are going to Cambodia somewhere Ive wanted to go for awhile. Id love it goto the Top End in Oz but I cant get in

I've never been at all! Pictures and movies make it look like the most amazing thing ever.

Why can't you get in?

Ouch. I didn't even know that happened. I thought i could go anywhere in the world?

I'm sure all the doors in the world would be open to you my young friend. Visit as many as you can. I think travel is the best teacher in the world.

The thought of Febo right now makes my mouth water. It's unreal.

Everytime someone says they're going to Dam that's the first place I recommend. They don't get the concept of it and think it's weird but my God it's orgasmic.

The flat we lived in was in a hotel owned by a guy that owned a couple of brothels. These girls werent your £2 ones under Brixton rail bridge but well travelled educated pretty girls alot making money for University. It was a normal thing to have them roaming around the flat at all times of day/night in various states of undress. Its like being on a nudist beach, you just dont notice after the 1st 1/2 hour of laying on your front.

The SAT is the strangest exam I've ever seen.

The math section is alright, quite simple compared to what I expected but the critical reading and English section is just ridiculous. It's not the fact that is uses ridiculously complex words that doesn't trouble me too much as one's vocabulary can be improved by reading, but so often there are 3/4 grammatically correct options and the correct answer is the one that is phrased the most simply. Ridiculous! I suffer in that sense a bit as my English teacher used to say that I often wrote too formally even for some informal essays as that's generally how I write.

And as usual they have to change the format right when it's my turn to take it. They're changing the format next Jan to make it 'easier', but from what I read the SAT's 'product launches' are usually messed up so it's not worth risking it by taking it next Winter/Spring. Most prob I'll take it this Autumn (or Fall as the Americans say since - it's their exam ;p)

In other news I'll be going to work with my dad tomorrow, to get 'work experience' to show when I apply for Uni.

Some countries dont issue vises to people with a police record. They think they have enough of their own so why bring in more haha.

I have never been to Australia so I am not sure about things on Australian tourism, but it's like here in New Zealand where fishing is a big part of life on a saturday and sunday.

I just found this website for visitor statistics of tourism in Australia : http://www.tourism.australia.com/statistics.aspxand click on the links at the bottom of this headline - The role of State and Territory Organisations

Australia is known for sharks. so many every year get killed and eaten by sharks in summer in Australia. if you go to beaches in Australia you are more likely to see a shark or a shark attack at anytime during the day.

Wouldn't call 3 on average per year MANY Kev but I get your point. I would think the regular surfers know what the craic is and anyone who lives near the sea but its the ones coming from overseas that dont want their little Johnny to get gobbled up might think twice about it.

Youve got amazing angling over in Oz and NZ and I would love to fish your waters.

i mean't to say that many Australians die and never learn and get killed by sharks every summer by swimming in the seas and by surfing.

the amount of Shark attacks that happen in Australia every Year is very large in fatalities and reported by tv and radio news yet the people continue to play in the sea.

i make alot of mistakes when typing and sometimes i don't re-read what i typed before publishing/posting.

When you mean English majors that means you studied English in college? But that can't be possible as the SAT is taken before college!?!?!? Confused.....
