Rubber bullets 1,183
Considering that they are paying Yaya Toure £200,000 a weeks wages, they will give it to him.

Kostas 1,468
Well this is ManCity that we're talking about.Besides they'll be forced to get rid of many players so he will probably not cost them that much. DavidEU 2,023
Toure is on £221,000. Absolutely insane. Wasn't even first choice at Barca last season!
Steve 10,227
What a joke. There should be a ruling on wages. So it can only be up to a certain amount. Because this is becoming a joke. Its destroying clubs and making them go into debt. Plus there is people starving in this world, Insane....
BlueLion. 21,491
These players should be getting £180,000 a YEAR not a week, its absolutely absurd. We're in financial crisis and there are players crashing Audi R8s like they're Hot Wheels models, and practically wiping their backsides with £50 notes. And then there are people dying because they can't afford £3.50 mosquito nets, and don't even have running clean water. The amount of money in sport is sickening, truly sickening. Manuf 1,448
Without us, the fans, these guys would have fuck all. Seriously.I didn't mean us as fans. I meant us as Chelsea. Because we too give/gave our players too high wages.
Steve 10,227
I didn't mean us as fans. I meant us as Chelsea. Because we too give/gave our players too high wages.Things at Chelsea are slowly getting better. Joe Cole demanded a massive contract and we declined for good reason. The club is trying to break even. Like i have said previously each and every player at Chelsea needs there contracts reviewed because most players are earning too much money and should be happy with anything over 60k a week.
