All I can say is best of luck with your website.

Its something I'm looking into myself for my online shop. I've looked into getting dreamweaver and to have looked at tutorials for building a website from scratch. Its a bit tricky to get your head around, but if you put the time and effort into it you'll be up and running in no time.

Maybe he doesn't have the money to pay for a domain or hosting? When i first started making websites about 10 years ago i knew nothing so used Geocities, you have to start somewhere.
