Brilliant! It may only be Southend but a performance like that can only do us good. Confidence building & getting the team back together.

Joe Cole's ball for Kalou's goal was absolutely amazing couldn't get over how good it was.

We deserved to win tonight the players looked like they wanted it.

The only down side is Joe Cole's injury which could of been avoided if we hadn't played a reply.

As for the goals... 4 different players on the score sheet can only be good news

Makes me feel alot better going into the Stoke game

Cohesion and playing as a unit, well impressed, resulted in a quality performance.

The goal celebrations -particularly the fourth - I hope wasnt contrived, showed a solidarity which looks good for the future.....

Guys, we were playing a League 1 team, We done what was expected, Its not a good result, The result is satisfying. Joe Cole is potentially out for a few weeks now.

What, like the 1-1 draw at home against them? And a win is a good result no matter how we get it IMO.

I'm ecstatic! I didn't see all of the game, but what I did see impressed me. I deffo think that Anelka should be brought back into the starting lineup against Stoke.
