Lewandowski is going to leave BVB at the end of the season for less than 20m, he's not going to sign a new contract like Kagawa. The problem is, Man utd are being linked with him more than anyone, and i think they'll get him.

I think you're right about Napoli not selling Cavani which is a shame, he just signed a new deal last summer too which makes things difficult.

And finally i'm sure they're a lot of good strikers out there for less than 35m. Cavani and Falcao are two of the best, but doesn't mean others are shit.

Imo we need an exceptional striker, like one of the best, thats if you want to have one of the best teams and you're not satisfied with less. Main reason is that we dont have other big scorers in the starting line up. I dont know any striker with this profile that cost less than 35m euros. And i dont think Higuain is good enough for example.

I do not understand why people discuss money and FFP. First of all, even if some may believe it, our board doesnt consist soley of retarded monkeys. Im more than sure that there are people who knows exacly how it works, how we look, what we need to do and what we can afford.

Secondly, we need an established striker ASAP. With that said, the possibility of bringing in a lesser name with potential and talent is still there. However, we still dont know exacly what will happen with Danny and Lukaku might actually be recalled.

And we cannot refer to Shevshenko and Torres and say "big money transfers are bad" bla bla bla. "its risky". Its ALWAYS risky. Yes, Falcao could flop here, but the risk of that is very low. We could buy friggin Messi and there would also be a risk.

And yes, we need to strenghten some other positions but at the moment we got HUGE striker issues. All other spots are yet good enough. We arent that bad, we still have a high-quality defense and midfield but the problem is simply that we do not have a striker. Just look at United, their defense is utter shit, but yet they still win games. Look at their offensive force. That is what we need. We cannot compete with the top with Torres up front. Nor can we with some 10m random striker. FACT.

Im praying to God that we sign Falcao in january, even if I think it will be expensive and hard, but seriousley i couldnt care less. The money isnt mine and im bloody sick of watching games and getting pissed off by looking at Torres and the way he keeps screwing up.

How isn't Higuain good enough? his stats are very good, especially for a player who hasn't been a regular starter the past 2 seasons and was also out for 4 months the season before that. I'm defending him because he was one of the names i had in mind along with Soldado who has been very good in the scoring department for the past 2 seasons and is well on his way to the same kind of numbers this season also.

And i don't think we need "one of the best" strikers. We need someone that is more efficient than Torres, simple as that. For all Torres' faults he still has 13 goals this season, that is not bad for any other striker in football - but we all see him every week and know how many chances he screws up and how badly he plays.

Higuain is more than good enough. When he was 18 or 19 Real Madrid signed him for a reason, he was obviously talented and had the potential to be great. Build a team around him and he'd score as many goals as you want. Hes a natural finisher, if he was played regularly he'd score at least 20 goals a season.

If you want a player who can link up and put chances away, then Cavani it is, though it's not all that simple. Money is always a factor and it's going to be brought up regardless. It's like Torres would've been better had he been signed for say 6 million, he still would've flopped in my opinion but he would of been better.

Shows hes really an allrounder, able to provide for his team mates as well as bang them in. People tend to see him as a poacher but he runs the channels well and creates goals for others. His finishing is incredible though. Benzema is a better player but Higuain is a better finisher.

It's highly unlikely that Cavani will leave, we all know that. There are many players who can link up play and put away chances that cost less than 30 million. I just don't think it's true when people say we need to spend 50 million or so on one player to fix our problems. Sure, Falcao would help, but he's not the only option we have.

Falcao reminds me of Shevchenko during his Milan days, when he used to be one of the most dangerous strikers and one of the best finishers in Europe. Sheva used to score for fun, he had a goalscoring instinct and you'd rarely see him miss chances when he was at Milan. He didn't think twice, he used to shoot from everywhere which is what made him such a great player, and Falcao is the same. He doesn't waste time thinking either, he doesn't even waste one second, he knows that his job is to score goals and he's determinted to do that from the first minute. And we need him, because players like him win you games. Roman was late when he signed Sheva, but for Falcao now is the perfect time.
