What is it with cops running people over ? Two cop cars with no flashing lights, no sirens and no headlights on, going at 100 mph in a 30 mph zone, killed a 16 year old girl in Newcastle the other night, sending her 50 ft in the air. The cops then tasered her distraught boyfriend. Whats going on ?
