Chelsea should recruit Athletico Madrid Coaches who train their Strikers

Instead of Focusing on bringing in all Big Name strikers why can't we just "poach the coaches" of Athletico Madrid.

Just think of the strikers they have produced: Falcao,Diego Costa, Torres and the list goes on. Imagine what they could do with Lakuku and perhaps bring Torres back to life.
