Indeed, we missed out on Pato, who I think will be a massive star in the future. Milan, Barca and Madrid have a long standing relationship with Brazilian players and we need to tap into that market. If we get these players in while their young it will save us spending the stupid amounts of money on any half decent player on the market. Its time for the club to step up its efforts to make Chelsea more appealing to young talented players from South America.Africa is another market we should be getting into. Look at the many top African players there are out there now. African players have come on massively in the past 10-15 years or so and they will continue to churn out top players such as Drogba, Essien, Mikel, Kalou, Eto'o, McCarthey, Geremi, Okocha, Weah and er..............Djemba Djemba.Arsenal seem to have that market well covered. We need to branch out more to get the top young talent asap and stop buying stop gap players who'll give us 2 seasons if were lucky.

Indeed, tapping into the South American market is something we should be looking to do, it isn't easy but i think the club are looking at that and finding a way to work it, until a player comes from there and makes an impact for us it will be hard.Africa is producing some fantastic talent at the moment, but we will not sign another African player at the moment because we cannot afford to lose more than 4 during the ACN...
