i used to live there when i was younger. its nice. like all places it has its rough areas, but its way more nice than bad compared to other areas.

I am more concern on other issues: is it too small? how are the people there (nice, old, students, etc)? is it easy to go to Chelsea games? good pubs? etc...

tend to be more wealthier people there. a chelsea game would require you getting a train. im not sure how long it would take. probably 40minutes.

Surrey is a massive area. It's a county with loads of cities and towns in it.

Depends where you go. I find the people to be more civilised than up here. It consists more of middle class people.

Very easy to get to Chelsea games. I could get a bus straight there or train. Took about half hour.

In England there are pubs absolutely anywhere and everywhere.....

I have a scolarship in Wooking (?), but if it isnt a good place i dont mind travelling 20min to get there or whatever...

haven't heard any Estonian but Polish/Lithuanian/Ukrainian people sound foolish in English. they ain't no Balkan, nor Russian. this bunch can scare the living shit out of you by pronouncing their names. besides, I had teachers who were native speakers so my accent is far from regular Pole

I moan about England all the time, however I probably really don't know how lucky I am living here. Its safe, well-run, with a high standard of living. Of course the grass is greener on the other side but no country is perfect. There are certainly worse places that I could be living in.
