Defending champions Egypt are through to the semi-finals after beating a spirited Angola 2-1. They are joined in the last four by Cameroon, for whom Stephane Mbia swooped for a winner in extra time to give them a 3-2 victory over Tunisia having already held the lead twice during the game.

Think Ivory Coast will do it though

Full time cameroon 1-0 Ghana

Essiens coming back, couldn't see him coming on against Liverpool but I think he will be on the bench against Huddersfield.

Why not? He'll fly back tomorrow, without jet lag since Ghana is roughly the same time zone as England, do some light training on Saturday and then play on Sunday. I think it's possible.

Good news. A brilliant semi at 8:00 with Ivory Coast v Egypt. An Egyptian win could see Kalou and Drogs back for Sunday as well.

Do you no how hot it is out there?? He will be exhausted. He wont feature against Liverpool, I can ensure you!

You might be right, it's just that I really want to see him playing on Sunday.

It's no real news, just an assumption by me. Hopefully close to reality :)
