So many great results in our past:

Australia 31-0 American Samoa

Tonga 0-22 Australia

Australia 18-0 Cook Islands

Australia 17-0 Cook Islands

Australia 16-0 Cook Islands

Australia 13-0 Solomon Islands

Australia 11-0 Samoa

Looking at this just makes me cry from the nostalgia:

Wow, it really has been fun whenever we've played the Cookies (is that their real denonym?)

Thats messed up the football over there, so many records must be broken each year. Australia have beaten the Cook islands 16, 17 and 18 nil... so whens 19?

Australia won 31-0 against American Samoa, where even are American Samoa?

Samoa are almost 20 places above Tahiti in the world and Tahiti won 10-1...

I'd love to watch these games for pure entertainment. Don't think We'll be signing defenders from Samoa any time soon! 1-10, 0-5 & 0-9?! Tomato firing squad awaits you.

Unbelievable! New Caledonia have beaten New Zealand 2-0 in the Semi-Final of the OFC Nations Cup.

Tahiti beat Solomon Islands 1-0 in the other Semi.

Tahiti vs New Caledonia Final with the winner qualifying for the 2013 Confederations Cup in Brazil.

It will be unbelievable for one of these teams to be playing on a big stage against Brazil, Mexico, Spain and whoever wins Euro 2012. I don't think apart from New Zealand any of the Oceania teams have ever played against another nation outside of the Oceania.

That's got to be an enormous humiliation for New Zealand. I wonder if Caledonian commentators took a leaf out of that Norwegian guy's book and started saying stuff like "Edmund Hillary, can you hear me? Wynton Rufer, can you hear me? We gave your boys one hell of a beating!" :D

I hope they can hold up their heads at the Confederations Cup. Imagine the scenes if they get a result against Brazil or Spain
