Two senior economists in this country reckon we're just on the brink of the biggest recession ever -and we've not seen anything yet.

Check this traders forecast

I dont think its long before the masses of individuals who previously had no interest in politics or economics suddenly discover they have been thoroughly arse-raped by the Rich. Goodbye jobs, goodbye savings- Hello, The Greatest Depression…Revolution or Bust.

Good to see some negotiations between Israel and Palestine.

Though it's saying something when the Israeli's have 1,000 POW to release. As usual the BBC will side with Israel and claim Gilad Shalit a hero..

True. On the face of it looks a good deal for the Palestinians, but you could also say the Israelis reckon one of theirs is worth a 1000 Palestinians  . and how many did they slaughter in operation Cast Lead ?

I think theres more to come out of this Adam Werrity/Lyin Fox thing as well. Werrity allegedly in the pay of BICOM Israeli lobbying group. Should have massive , treasonous implications, but will be hushed up, such is the power of Zionist influence....

The Euro-American FP of "Kill first, ask later" successfully demonstrated again.

Gaddafi killed, and the interim government will become another puppet government of the imperialistic pigs. I can presume where the oil from Libya will be syphoned off to. Iraq ✔, Libya ✔, Afghanistan ✔. I'm guessing Iran & Syria is next.

What a disgrace.

They wouldn't want Gadafi to stay alive, he knows, and was involved in, way too many secret operations and policies they carried out in the region. They wouldn't want a Gadafi-leaks on their hands.

I'm not sure that's the plan in Libya. Libya is simply a group of powerful tribes, a number of them united to take out Gadafi, but when it comes to power, each tribe will want the throne for itself. I believe a civil war is the plan for the oil-rich country; then st.NATO can descend in a heavenly manner to guide the poor ignorant people to the so-called freedom, while of course "guiding" their oil to europe and USA.

What's funny is that Arabs have the worst memory I've ever seen, forgetting that the tyrants they just overthrew practically ruled in the name of the capitalist western leaders (or at least with their full blessing and support), and are now allying themselves with the same leaders. The people true will is doomed to be drowned by the western influence. I'm sorry, did I say funny? I meant shameful and frustrating.

Excellent post..

As soon as I heard the media conceive the term "Arab Spring" I knew it was another sensationalised movement, hijacked by Western powers to suit their own agenda.. As usual. I think the BBC's the only media outlet to outright mention Libya's oil reserves.
