Good to see Lamps at least keeping his chin up:

To be blunt Frank has played crap in a crap England side. My worry is his form for us. Since last year's injury he has been a mere shadow

of the Frank we relied on...I worry that his old form won't return. Still a legend to me though.

His form will come back, but not too often. It's time to admit that he's getting older ,a 33-years-old player who can no longer be tireless .

Though he eager to play every game, his body cannot , it takes more than 3 days for him to recover from a 90-minute match .

so I would rather let him play about 15-20 league games , and some cup games. Fully recovered Frank must be better than a tired one :)

If properly protected he will be able to play to 36years old I think .

Hes got a bit trimmer since Gourlay removed the Balti pies from the Bridge

What's with the "pies" and "Fat Franck" ? I often see you mention that but I can't understand... Could you explain me where this love story between Franck and pies comes from ? Cheers.

Basically, during 2006.. Many people found Frank Lampard to be fat. Especially England fans during the 06 WC.

Thus leading to the chant "Who ate all the pies?" and "Fat Frank" ect.

Thanks. That's the point I concerned too. I suppose he knows what's good for the club as well as himself .

I really don't want to see Frank end by injury neither to end his career in another club.

Getting older and being 33 doesn't mean retire, it only suggests that he has to switch role ...
