According to French's main sports newspaper l'Equipe, Valenciennes (VA) is interested by Rajkovic because Milan Bisevac just joined Paris Saint Germain. According to them Chelsea want to keep him until August the 8th whereas VA wants him now.It's a possibility if he can not manage to get a work permit, because he said that he was fed up playing in Holland. But I think that Chelsea will manage to get a work permit for him as they have done for Ramires because Rajkovic made a great pre-season

Valenciennes new president Jean-Raymond Legrand said yesterday that he did not want to make a mistake for one of his first decisions, he didn't mention Rajkovic but he spoke about the defender he want to bring to the club this week (because of Bisevac's departure):

According to l'Equipe, Valenciennes did find another CB (Carlos Gil from Cruzeiro). So they are likely not to take Rajkovic on loan.
