You have to understand that players like Matic and Oscar might shine in training and be completely different on the pitch due to pressure or whatever. Give Conte 4-5 matches until you judge his starting line-up, it's really difficult to start Moses who hasn't played for Chelsea since god knows when over Oscar for example.
