  1. An interesting story by Lluis Canut who works for Catalunya based TV3. He says Chelsea have had a €150m offer for Messi rejected by Barcelona this summer. Jose thought that the difficult atmosphere at Barcelona (Messi was even booed by the fans last season) would make the player think about a new challenge. He even tried to lure Messi into a London move through Cesc's missus who is best friends with Angela Rocuzzo (Messi's gf), but the player decided to renew his contract (€20m per annum) and be a part of Luis Enrique's new project. http://www.tv3.cat/videos/5254831

  4. Rest in September? lol Diego Costa Hazard Oscar Andre Matic Cesc Filipe JT Cahill Ivanovic Courtois

  6. The guy commentating arse soton on talksport is the same black guy on arsenal fan tv? Sounds like his voice
  7. Are there any radio streams for liverpool - boro or arsenal - saints? Can anyone post some here please? I'm currently on my phone and i wont go home until tomorrow
  8. He got sacked by Madrid to make room for Jose. Still hurts I guess.
  9. Remy Andre Oscar Salah Mikel Baker Filipe Christensen Zouma Azpi Cech Have a strong start, go three up until the 60th minute and then bring on Boga, Izzy and Ake and finish the game with six youngsters on the pitch. Bolton are dreadful.
  10. You have all had your questions answered in the Burnley post match comments by Carragher and Neville - Jose won't even think about dropping Ivanovic because he is a monster at set pieces. Carragher even said that it is so hard to mark Brana at corners or long free kicks, he is like a rock. Set pieces (both attacking and defensive) are something special in Jose's philosophy and he would lose an important asset if he would bench Ivanovic.
  11. What the fuck is wrong with Pellegrini? Who the fuck is this guy to talk about Chelsea, Jose and small team mentality? I mean, isn't he the one that failed miserably at Madrid after buying Cristiano, Kaka, Xabi Alonso and Benzema? Wasn't he the one that was eliminated by some bollocks 3rd of 4th division team in the Spanish Cup? Wasn't his Madrid team eliminated by Lyon in the Champions League? What did his City team do in the last season of Champions League? got knocked out by one of the worst Barcelona teams of the last decade... On top of that, it wasn't even his City team that won the EPL title, it was Liverpool that has lost it. All this after having a goal machine at his disposal. He should thank Slippy G and Brenton Rodgers (and Demba Ba) for serving him the title on a silver platter. Now he is talking about small team mentality just days after the Bayern game in which he was bullied by Guardiola, had 30% of the ball and Hart saved him from a schoolyard result. Add to that that his team only had one big chance to score against Chelsea (Aguero), Diego Costa hit the post at 1-0 and a Chelsea legend saved his fucking arse. Fucking turd.
  12. He might be prone to errors against the lesser teams, but he is a monster when it comes to big games. Another massive performance, a three man midfield of Matic, Cesc and a Vidal-esque type of player (or Pogba) would be fantastic.
  13. Jose limited him too much and he didn't have the best of his games. Should have been the 433 with Ramires, Matic and Cesc in a more advanced role, but at the same time maybe he wanted to limit Yaya from bombing forward and thats why he put Willian in the three man midfield, to be his watch dog. Still, a decent performance from Cesc, although he didn't contribute that much offensively.
  14. He is class even when he doesn't score. His off the ball game is phenomenal, never drifts out of the game, always helping the defence and attacking spaces. Modern day striker and a true warrior, shame he is already on three yellow cards. It was a foul at Zabaleta, no doubt about it, but I'm sure Mike Dean would not have shown the yellow card if it wasn't for Diego Costa's reaction. Keep it going mate, you are doing us proud.
  15. It was Chelsea against Chelsea that ended in a draw, football would be soooooo so boring without this kind of stories. Frankie will always be a legend and a model professional and his goal will mean nothing at the end of the season because Chelsea will walk the league. Conceding against 10 men is always frustrating, but that's life and it's a fair result in the end away at one of the most difficult grounds in Europe. Hazard, Diego Costa and Matic with a massive performance. Cahill and JT also had a solid game. Super, super Frank, super, super Frank, super, super Frank, super Frankie Lampard. Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper, super Frank.....
