Don't think you understand the standards/expectations fans have on Jack wilshere vs Ramsey. Jack Wilshere was suppose to be what Pogba is this summer to fans..... Ramsey starts over Jack because of fitness/injury issues, not because of quality. Better explain to people why ramsey is playing rw, rather than Cm and santi is starting at CM instead. Jack is better than Ramsey in pretty much everything. Provided by arsenal mania.. Ramsey is a decent enough player, his off the ball movement is the best thing he has and even on the wing we see that. Everything else is just decent which makes him a solid player to have. But reading some of the comments on on here would make you think we have one of the best midfielders in the world on our hands and that is definitely not the case. There is a reason why Ramsey is on the wing and Cazorla in the middle. Ramsey can't dictate play from deep. His passing isn't accurate, he can't get out of tight spots like Cazorla and his timing is sometimes off. He will sometimes take too many touches on the ball or not weight his passes. He lacks defensive discipline and awareness. A good player, but not great. We should have bought a player for that right wing who could have offered more in the position because Ramsey, Ox and Theo aren't offering enough.

Last season, Coutinho was anything but consistent. He showed up after January, which is why most people thought the inclusion of Coutinho in PFA team of the year was a complete farce. Coutinho played with Neymar after he got subbed in the beg of the second half vs Colombia and did absolutely nothing and brazil lost. Than, he had the start vs paraguay and was invisible again and brazil lost. Coutinho will not ever start for brazil as long as oscar and neymar are healthy. Oscar doesn't have the same role as Coutinho does and oscar was by far the best player against Swansea, when we played bad.... Also, maybe you forgot the performance Oscar did on Juventus. Neymar role is not the same as Hazard. Watch neymar for brazil and hazard for belgium, and tell me who the better "creator" is...... Brazil made the semifinals and lost to the best team in the world. I know brazil has standards of winning the world cup/tournament or failure, but it's still good compare to the rest of the world. Also, Coutinho was on the Copa team that lost this summer, so your point is invalid. Coutinho plays well as much as Oscar plays well. If Oscar is considered inconsistent in club level, so is Coutinho than. Maybe you don't see it, but most people, especially in brazil do. Coutinho has a free license on Liverpool right now, Oscar does not. On brazil, coutinho doesn't have that license, which is why he sucks every game for Brazil

It's ironic you talk about Coutinho in a whole different light, yet Douglas Costa is an exception because he plays for Bayern Munich in Bundesliga. If Costa cannot do it here, Coutinho definitely cannot do it here. One fixed situation is brazil and Costa has actually played well recently, while as Coutinho never played well on the senior team. You do know that Liverpool essentially plays with 3 dms in Can, Lucas and Milner. Than, there is henderson who is another dm/cm mold player. If Coutinho brought balance, he would of been considered on Brazil from a defensive minded manager in Dunga, yet a guy like Lima started against Usa and Elias.

Coutinho has 1 goal on 18 shots so far.... No one rates Coutinho over Oscar, especially in Brazil. Coutinho never should of made PFA team of the year last season and this season he played well against Arsenal and that's it. He doesn't work hard because he has limitations phsyically and he doesn't provide great balance at all.... Coutinho never scored more goals than Oscar since they both came into the EPL and Oscar has never lost his place in Brazil since he took over for Ganso.

Willian played really well last night... Hulk as usually sucks and for some reason has a place on the team. With Neymar missing the first 2 games of qualifiers I can see dunga going costa-Hulk-Willian and oscar-fernandinho-gustavo behind them. Their a young kid that plays striker for brazil, but I don't think hes ready yet.
