they can sign Witsel and still keep Pogba. Khedira is injured, Marchisio also tends to get injuries. They dont have that much CMs left, so Witsel could just be an addition to Pogba. Dont see many chances that this deal will happen unless we pay a huge, huge sum

Höwedes by no way is better than Stones. Höwedes is a decent defender, thats it. No ceilling in him anymore. Kalas: Sitting on the bench for Köln. Definetely potential top player for us Christensen: Looks awful so far at Gladbach. Zouma: Has a future in our club. Terry+ Cahill will go in a few years, so we need 2 defenders, not one. Otamendi has had 1 good season and is already 27. By no means he is much more worth than Stones. At the moment he may be better, but I think Stones has much more potential. There is only 1 or 2 young defenders better than Stones I think. Laporte (would cost between 50-60 m euros) and Varane (wont be sold). Thats it. Ohterwise we can buy another old defender and replace him in a few years.
