  1. Luiz is a centre back, and today shows why. I just hope with Terry coming back Rafa has not decided that Luiz will only be seen as Midfielder.
  2. I will be going against the grain but Luiz was my MOTM. Magnificent performance and shows why he is a CB, not a DM.

  4. Terrible by Walters, giftts us the lead thankfully.
  5. I just hope with Bertrand its not Rafa trying to be too defensive which then becomes counter productive and makes us pinned in. Poor Marko, as soon as Moses goes away Bertrand comes straight in ahead of him.
  6. Does this really need another topic? Considering the whole AVB fiasco, I'm pretty sure he will not be renewing his contract and wants to get rid of his influence in the dressing room for the new manager to be able to stamp his authority better.
  7. Plus his girlfriend wants to leave England start a TV career over in America, so at least thats one big plus if Lampard leaves!
  8. Still think he should be dropped in the reserves for a month, his attitude for most of the season has been way to casual and really does need a boot up his arse to make him concentrate more. Luiz may lack concentration at times but he has never given a performance like Ivanovic did today.
  9. But the fact is whenever Mikel or Luiz make so much as a tiny mistake, it will be brought up all the time. Yet Ivanovic makes big glaring ones and some people don't take notice or seem to always excuse them. Like some others have said, double standards. But in my mind Ivanovic should be dropped, which has never happened this season even when Terry is fit.
  10. Community shield and the Super Cup spring to mind. I think in the latter he was caught way out of position for at least two of the goals.
  11. But at RB he has not been great this season. With Cesar there has been just one game where he looked dodgy, apart from that he has been excellent defensively.
  12. Ivanovic cost us a trophy with his casual attitude and making mistakes like he had just smoked 20 pounds of weed before the match. Yet some people either want him to partner Terry or go back to RB and replace the much better performing Cesar.
  13. Ivanovic had one of the most casual stances I have ever seen, sure Torres was no hard worker but Ivanovic played like he was stoned. Should be docked wages.
  14. Should be shoved into the reserves for the next month and have his wages docked. Absolutely disgraceful, not just the mistakes, but the casual style he took on the pitch
  15. Dominate the game and a stupid mistake costs us.
  16. This whole Lampard to United crap came when Wilkins kept gobbing out about how United should sign him, I will not be surprised if all the media speculation came because of that.
  17. But it looks like (if the AVB issue is the case (or partly) for Lampard leaving) that Roman wants to get rid of the powerhouse clique and make it easier for a new manager in the summer to put his own method in the team 9especially if he has to invest a lot of money to get such as Klopp). Its understandable that Roman does no want another situation where the manager is at friction with older players because they are not doing what they want him to do 9such as not putting them in their plans and seeing them as squad players only).
  18. Wouldn't you be a bit miffed that a very expensive payment that was personally invested (£13 million pounds just to sign him if I'm correct) goes quickly down the drain because a couple of your players (who you are also paying money on a weekly basis) did not want to work with him?
  19. I don't know why some people are getting icky about this, he probably is there to boost depth and gv=ive us options in squad rotation, as long as the price is cheap.
  20. Followed in two months by another article saying "maybe the club will do a U-turn", I wish the club will go public if they are letting him leave.
  21. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/chelsea/9783772/Chelsea-have-no-intention-of-opening-contract-talks-with-Frank-Lampard-in-the-immediate-future.html If it is the case that Roman has no plan to get Lampard on a new contract, then why the hell does he not make it public. Just say he is leaving in the summer, get over it and it might tone down the media circus.
