He could do with a rest ,but tonight is important and we cant afford to rest our great players when the sh1t hits the fan.

I know you will not like to hear it but I think Jose has identified the big problem we had in the first half v Spurs and do not expect him to play people who give him big problems .

So he doesnt think we need a DM who just sits and helps us keep a clean sheet and we win 1-0 0r 2-0 are you saying that with Mikel in the team we have less chance of winning ,that is what it sounds like and I would agree that we have a better chance of winning with Rammy and Lamps.

And tonight? He has been dropped .Lampard could really do with a rest with his schedule inc England but we need him ,Mikel has been dropped ,make no mistake. And as I have tried to explain Mikel was the problem in the first half v Spurs ,hence he was subbed and dropped tonight ,you might argue with me ,but you cant with Jose.

It is a big slap in the face from Jose we had a big problem in the 1st half at Spurs and he made the change ,some suggested that was because he was being rested for this game. He was taken off for one reson ,he was the problem and he has been dropped tonight ,all other explanations will gat a fair hearing . I am delighted for one reason I want Chelsea to win . And we need to win.

And Mikel has primarily been on the bench and after the weekend he deserves to be tonight.

I don't hate Mikel he seems a real nice guy,he is just a poor player,you fanboys may like him because he is a nice guy,but my only consideration is the effect he has on the pitch . When Lampard plays we score attack and win,when Mikel plays we defend concede and lose

Yes they worked very well together. Did you see Rammy v Fulham? He was awful,there is a developing theme here. The word is,it is Rammy and Lampard tonight and even the Mikel fanboys can't argue with that after Spurs,can they? We need a win and sitting back letting the opposition dominate and create chances is not on the agenda.

Not really we have a PR department ,his job is to win the Premier League and the Champions League .

KDB is training with the kids ,he is not part of the squad for this match as Jose clearly told the press and not in Jose's thoughts for this match,stupid question.

No as long as a member of the management team answers questions that is enough ,if they want answers on members of the reserve team who better to talk to than a former reserve team coach ,reserve players are really not Jose's brief ,they need to wise up ,his only concern on the eve of a match is the players in the squad for that match. These same reporters need to treat Jose like they did Fergie ,because Jose's words are what they want.

The player who did not have the power,speed and stamina was taken off at H/T v Spurs I hope you're not too embarrassed by that. ,

Why should we be ,just watch a replay of the second half v Spurs and see who had the power, speed, and stamina, in the big game.

Send Steve Holland out like he did last week ,the press need to wise up and show Jose the respect they showed Fergie ,he was dead right to walk out if they want the big interview they need to show some respect.

If the press want to have questions answered about players not in the team they should ask someone at Cobham ,because any manager will tell you that players who are not in the squad are not even in a managers thoughts on the eve of a match,he is only thinking about those who will play and how the team will play,Jose does not have much time too waste on answering irrelevant questions on players who can have no effect on the game we are about to play. The press need to wise up and have some respect otherwise they will be getting a lot more of Steve Holland to answer their poor questions.

Yes all good stuff ,but what really makes a player is slow sideways passes at a 90% pass completion rate in a match that we lose or draw as often as we win. Lampard could do with a rest tonight ,but who plays in a game we need to win ? Mikel and Rammy stinks.

Yes and Mikel was in one . Do you remember how useless Ramires was v Fulham? There is a theme here ,think about it . And who was subbed on Saturday and I quote Jose "because there was a big problem in the first half ,we were too deep".

Messiah you have a judgement made in your mind ,judge the match on Saturday ,who finished the stronger,who had to play with the useless Mikel for 45 mins? Who did Jose sub? Judge the performance not your thinking.

Watch that 2nd half again mate, on his own patch I am looking at the match and the player . Toure is in a different league ,compare him with your subbed fav. Mikel.

But you are quite right Giggs is finished ,although Moyes is picking him at 40 as did Fergie .

Giggs is 5 years older can you remember back 5 years ? I think Utd have done pretty well since Giggs reached 35 .

Fair play all good soundbites ,lets have some names ,so we can compare - he just owned Paulinho on his home ground for a start . And are we putting Mikel above him?
