Neymar was phenomenal in 2014/2015, since then until PSG game last Wednesday he hasn't been very impressive imo. If Hazard worked with another manager instead of Mourinho for two and a half year, I think he would have been a bigger attacking thread right now. What I find funny is that some people who think Neymar is much better than Hazard have been the most ardent Mourinho supporters.
