I thgink it is more to do with Kalou's hunger to make an impression that makes the significant difference in his performance. When he used to come on as a sub in previous seasons, he came on to impress which usually either came with a goal or a bright spark of inspiration/energy with his hard work ethic made a difference. Anyway, didn't see much, but the way Romeu was really was superb, nice to see another good youngster on the cards. Sadden that Josh couldn't be apart of the journey or match in some way. How did Kevin play?

Johnson - yes please! Another Englishmen (remember, we are an England based football team!) and another great winger. Mata being played as the creative midfeilder with Johnson and Sturridge rotating the right hand side, hell even put Sturridge on the left. Basically, if we did get him, would be the final nail in the coffin in terms of Kalou's future at the club. And with the way AVB has already been rotating members of the team in and out of the first eleven is very encouraging. Maybe a little more with Josh would be better though.

I used to play in goal or on the right side of the wing, but i would rather be our own Dean Windass with fliar I would camp up the field all day waiting for the ball to come to me, rather then pressing.

Kalas and Chalobah are both superb prospects - and i think Bruma might be on the strings. A two year loan was a verry risky decision, but if he can put performances that earn the grade - the one he did previously - over the ones he did earlier in the season, maybe. But, i think Chalobah and Kalas is our future partnership!

I do hope he can come back - he was an immense talent! He could be the right-back we want as well, will always remembered that cross for Lampard's goal against Stoke.
