what i was trying to say, was, the only youngsters who get game time, are the ones invested in. (zouma, kenedy) academy players get nothing. except on academy day. they might get 30 seconds vs a league 1 side.

this is anything but true with chelsea. kenedy is a multi million pound signing, he should be getting game time, on that count alone
