İlkay Gündoğan definitely hope Chelsea tries and sign him. He is the answer to Chelsea's pivotal issues and is the missing link to find the balance between defense, midfield and attack. Would love to see a pivot of Gundogan + Fellaini. But he should be the priority to fill the void that will occur when Lampard leaves.

Chelsea need a world Class Striker. Lukaku is 19, Ba is a stop-gap player to fill the void of Torres. Lukaku and Ba wont make Chelsea challenge for the Title. The argument of 'wont fit' Chelsea is flawed. If Ba or Torres had the ability of Falcao and finished the chances Mata,Oscar, Hazard created for them, Chelsea would be better off this season. Chelsea need a striker to finish off chances created by the trio. ST options should be Falcao, Lukaku, Ba. Falcao is 27, Lukaku is 19. With Rotation Lukaku has plenty time to become world class.
