Chelsea has been keeping the same style of play. Before Mourinho, Mourinho era and now Conte era. Keeping possession, slow in build up, too sysmatically build up. Well, keeping possession is good but should be turned to quick attack. Slow build up approach ,rigid formation etc , All these caused element of surprises in attack all gone and give ample time for opponents to be ready, that why most of the players seemed lost and rooted to its spots. Why City is so good thiz season ,you see all players running into open space so can pass the ball and be near to players to receive and help the player. They dnt get rooted in fixed position. THE COACH CONTE , SHOULD STOP GIVING TOO MANY DIRECTIONS AT THE SIDELINE DURING GAMES. GIVING every single DIRECTION which is TELECASTED LIVE SHOWED HOW BAD A PLAYER IS at following directions of game plan. This gives pressure to the players. I THINK CONTE should SIT DOWN and let THE PLAYERS play football.

Chelsea is good for 3 to 5 in the premier league as I said in early November. Chelsea is going to lose to Barcelona. Alonso must go -Ever see him dribble past an opponent to score or set up others ? Cahill can only be back up defender , can hardly pass the ball right. Fabergase is out too. Yes, no doubt he can pass the ball acurrately , ever see him dribble past opponent ? Poor performance , no ceativity, no playmaker ( dribblers ) to open up the game . Young players not given chance at all. Musondy, Kennnedy etc. No chance ,at least a young player in every game is a must. At least gv him 30 minutes of game time. Once again, the champion will be Manchester City. Think he did one to many touches before striking, and many were save by the keeper, if he can CUT DOWN one to many touches in front of the goal mouth he will be a VERY DANGEROUS STRIKER. Right now he is giving ample time for goalkeepers to be ready for his shots.

Roman Abramovich ,Chelsea owner wanted exciting free moving football since the day he bought over Chelsea. Till now ,none of tht sort ,coach after coach. Same patterns ,all players like statues on the field, no understanding ,helping teammates, letting teammates know tht they are ready to accept the passing balls. Chelsea used the boring same method times after times, , kick left to right ,then right to left, kick back to the keeper, Then the keeper will kick the ball, and it goes to the opponent. When pressed by Mcity, Chelsea players were totally lost playing like amatuers They dnt know who to pass and what to do with the ball .Look at M City way of playing , Helping teammates by going to open space where ball can be pass, always all around the player with the ball so tht the ball can be pass.Always running around to open spaces to receive the ball. For Chelsea its always indivudually or 2 man show. Chelsea can forget the league champion this season. Actually the team is not gelling, no coordination, many a times no understanding between players .

Chelsea players dnt help and run to open spaces so tht their temmates can pass the ball to. Back 3 of Chelsea will pass the ball back to Coutious. The keeper will kick the ball to the opponent so many times. No build up frm midfield to attack. Chelsea players are football fans in the field , rooted on the ground.

CHELSEA LOST to a more organised attacking team. Game over for this season. If Chelsea does not change the style (system ) of playing, Chelsea is a boring team to watch. And torres has to go.,he is over his prime. And I posted earlier Im starrign aT DEFEAT.

Overall Mancaster City is the better team making Chealsea players like KIDS.I think the style of play will make it difficult to stay in top 4. If Chelsea can be in the top 4 , I dont see them becoming League champion next year or beyond becoz personally I think is the style they adopted. From my observation those midfield players will tend to keep the ball too long, uncertain of who to pass to attack and they love to back pass to the keeper. By the time they organise a attack, if they do at all ,all the players of the opponent team are comfortably waiting for them to come. And none player is creating opportunity for other teammates and the free players are not running to empty places so that the ball could be passed to them in attack. With this staling robotic system, no element of swift organise attack, I dont see Chelsea to be champion again in a long long time.
