@Matt_Law_DT Conte of course has reason to be frustrated but the idea he is not having any input into transfers is hard to believe - zappacosta, Morata, Alonso, rudiger, and now palmieri and dzeko all players he would know a lot about. Carroll was also his suggestion

We did not switch to 3-5-2...It is 3-4-3 with barkley in place of willian...Barkley is somewhat more defensive than willian...So the formation looked like 3-5-2

If we had hudson-odoi or musonda on bench instead of 2 centrebacks we would have won this game...This game was lost due to willian's injury...Momentum completely changed with that injury
