I agree we seriously need to reform our defensive tactics to play a high line and building the play from back..IMO we need a CB , RB and a midfielder to make this squad highly competitve

sacking jose would not instantly change our situation..IMO anyone other than Guardiola is a step down from mourinho..even if the new manager is appointed if he loses some matches people will be calling his head..i am sure everyone here have been through that..the board needs to decide the philosophy first...attacking football or defensive football,youth integration etc...Then should appoint the manager based on that philosophy...

Dont know if anyone has seen this ..I saw mourinho clearly giving instructions to hazard..may be he was told to blast instead of his usual style..and it backfired!!...sums up this season!

Second half performance is very good..great fight was shown by the guys!! especially willian who was running up and down the pitch..

there is no way linesman could have seen that fabregas was offside..close decisions like that should always favour attacking side!

Players lost their heads...Zouma looked more terrible than ivanovic....Matic is so inconsistent and really bad this season

That second half was quiet pathetic...cannot accept this kind of football from chelsea...if we want to be a big team we should not be afraid of a team like dynamo kiev..it is okay to setup like that in some matches but not every time!

The poor build up play and atrocious attack clearly indicate that the problem is in coaching...Surely players of this much talent cannot be this poor!

Why are everyone suprised by our offensive play...the fact is that players never practice that in the training...there are no attacking drills or patterns..No wonder players are looking clueless..Even last season it was hazard that carried this team in the second half
