I think there is a clear disagreement between Conte and the Board regarding transfer targets...IMO Conte wants Lukaku and Bakayoko.... and whoever is incharge of transfers i.e. Marina or Emenalo disagrees with him on pursuing wrong player or player at ridiculous price(see lukaku at 100 Million)

I am sick and tired of these Chelsea players whining in the interviews and showing disrespect to the club..I hope the club takes a initiative to put restrictions on the players talking to media... As for Costa he has been acting shamefully and talking about leaving to other clubs while he has a contract with Chelsea..I am glad Conte has put him in his place..He can rot in China or Milan...He can leave to his beloved club Atletico where he will not play for 6 months losing his place in NT...I have no doubt Lukaku can replace him and he will score more than 20 goals next season... Hopefully this sends message to other players that Don Conte will not take anymore bullshit from other players..Some of these players were disgrace in the Mourinho's last season and have audacity to talk about leaving Chelsea...Chelsea is one of the best clubs in the world and they should be glad that they are in this team...If they want to leave they can and they will not be in starting line up for any other top club...
